Ordered in person, the restaurant has an open / modern layout. No one else was waiting but I seen a few online orders come and go. No issues with my order, takes about 10-15 minutes for the wings to be ready so an online order probably would make more sense. They’d have 5 stars if they had more wing flavors.

I placed an online order for this location and went to go pick it up. When I got there they couldn’t find my order and searched for my ticket for 5 minutes. They finally found my ticket in the orders that were already done and came to me saying that someone already picked it up. I told them that if that was the case they gave my order to the wrong person. The man at the register today decided to argue with me and said no he didn’t give it to the wrong person instead of just admitting his fault like I was lying or something. I explained to him that I was the only person who could have picked up my order so they finally decided that they had to make my order again. After making the order an hour beforehand and waiting extra I was tired of waiting and asked how long would it be? The guy at the register said he didn’t know and tried to brush me off. After asking again he finally said 5-10 mins. I asked to speak to the manager who was working today and was told that she couldn’t speak English so it wasn’t possible for me to speak to her. They pretty much ruined my day and the food was gross from being rushed.

Called the phone 15 times to try and place an order prior to arriving. No phones were being answered. I showed up and wasn’t acknowledged for 5 minutes. I proceeded to order and then ask if their phones are broken after paying. They said “maybe”. So quietly I dialed again to see if they’d ring. Not to my surprise they did. So I than kindly asked why they ignore phone calls. Their answer was silence. “No managers” working apparently. How do you run a store without manager on shift?

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve ordered here a few times, never has my order been fulfilled accurately. Tonight half my order was not in the bag, and when I explained what was missing, I was handed a pen and paper to write it down myself. Why not just hand me an apron and I’ll fry the chicken myself too. I don’t have anything else going on? This place is pitiful.
Not to mention, it takes at least twice the amount of time they claim it will take to make your food. It would probably help if they had employees at all the stations.

I’m sorry but this is not sanitary, I placed an order & asked the lady to use the bathroom. These are the cup holders in boxes next to a toilet!! I’ve worked in the food industry, come on now!!! My frys were overly seasoned too.

1st time having Wingstop…nothing special. It was good but a bit pricy and not much options. They only had 11 flavors and those flavors were nothing I was that intrigued by. Give it a try but if your someone who loves wings there are much better options out there. I guess I expected more considering they are known around the country.

The food tastes like they cooked everything with a box of salt instead of seasonings. Paid $10+ for a chicken sandwich meal that was dry, the fries were dark, soggy, and loaded with salt. It’s definitely not worth the money, and I won’t ever order from here again.

Good chicken strips, well cooked. Really good, sweet and seasoned tasting fries but they were a little mushy. The sauces I got in the side, Hawaiian and Hot Honey also honey mustard. All good tasting. Much better to dip than to smother them. Less calories too. Overall, not a bad option for fast food. Staff was great. They need some healthier options from the franchise though.

The food here is pretty good. The chicken tenders are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The fries are my favorite as well. They’re the same kind of soft fries you’d find at Five Guys which I love. Wings are pretty dry and dessicated looking though. They literally looked mummified. But then again I got them plain with no dressing so your results may vary. As far as service goes. I only ever ordered at the restaurant and delivery to my house via door dash. And both times they were pretty quick and actually got my orders right which I have to give credit for. I haven’t tried calling and ordering for pick up, so I don’t know if there are issues with that. But ordering delivery and ordering at the restaurant is flawless in my experience. I would give them a try.
