Ordered via mobile app for pickup. When arrived at restaurant at pickup time, was told I still had to wait a few more minutes to get my food. Staff were friendly and courteous. Restaurant was clean and organized. Small parking lot, but vehicles were moving in and out quickly. Food was good, not the best, but better than some of the other fast food/casual restaurants.

I love this wingstop. They always make sure the quality of the food is good. It might take a bit longer sometimes for my food to come out because it’s chicken and it can’t be served raw but I’m okay with it because when I do get my food it’s always cooked well the way I like. I love the amount of sauce my wings are batterred with and the service is great, the staff is always friendly and attentive. It’s not fast food!! People need yo understand that chicken doesn’t get cooked under 10:00 minutes.

I do not usually leave reviews but I was so turned off with my first wingstop experience that I felt it warranted a review. I ordered a delivery and it was like 2 garlic parmesan wings and about 10 or so others like plain/mild. only the garlic parmesans were warm and crispy and felt fresh. the rest were super cold and felt like they were sitting there as extras and were put in my order. i asked for extra crispy in my order too. after the order, I noticed I was charged twice on my credit card in the amount of $50 something. i called and said you charged me twice and “Mike” I don’t even know if he gave a correct name said I will look into it and call you back and never did. I called twice to follow up and each time they said Mike isn’t here he will call back or they told me to calll back and when I did he again wasn’t there. I do not have time to go physically into the business but I plan on doing so one of these days.

I order delivery from this location often. A few days ago I accidentally placed Wingstop’s address as the delivery address. When it came to cancelling my order so I could replace it, General manager Angel and the Wingstop team made it easy. I will continue to order at this location for wings because of the service that was provided. Thank you!

I usually go to the Wingstop in Levittown, but I decided to try this one since it was closer. I’m not going back to Levittown. The service here was amazing. The food was genuinely the best food I’ve had in months that I Felt rejuvenated. The bathrooms are very sanitary. 10/10. Definitely will come back.

Service here is horrible. Made an online order, came to pick it up and they hadn’t even started it yet. Which would have been fine if they were busy, except there wasn’t a single person there or any other orders cooking. They weren’t even on their phones, just staring off into the distance.

Attempted to order on the app and their check out process was AWFUL. It tried to charge the transaction 4x. Went to the store and they claim it did not go through. Tried to order in store and they refused to honor my 20% code. I guess regular customers do not matter. Deleting the app and Wingstop permanently. Headed to Chick & Tender.

Do not order via delivery app because the employees will not check the orders before handing it off to just anyone. Waited more than an hour waiting at home just for the store employee to not even help resolve the issue except suggest me to call the delivery app because the driver must have stole the food. I would hope that this isn’t the truth but if it were the truth, wouldn’t the store have policies to check the delivery drivers? Or some sort? Idk anymore.
