On Thursday 10/16/2025 for lunch my co-work and I ordered Wingstop to be delivered. I got there combo 10 wings with fries and a 20oz drink for $18.00. This was my first time trying Wingstop. The parmesan garlic wings was delicious and the fries traveled very well. When i i got to the 4th wing I started to itch all over. Then I went into a full allergic reaction, my throat started to close and I started to wheezing. I had to take benadryl and use my pump. Once It got better, I called wingstop to ask what do they fry chicken and fries in. The girl who answered the phone said soybean oil. I never used this oil before so I didn’t know I was allergic to it. For people who have food allergies among other allergies make sure you carry benadryl, epi pen or asthma pump with you at all times. Be safe and take care of yourself.

Although relatively new place in it town. This particular Wingstop is consistently slow. I always order a head and I still have to wait 20 minutes when I will get there. On my last visit the app said it will be 14 to 19 minutes. I made my order at 5:14 p.m. after my 20 minutes wait inside the store which negates ordering ahead I received my order at 5:49. On top of that I want to get sweet tea out of the fountain. It wasn’t sweet tea and very light. There’s only one girl at the count and she seems overwhelmed because a lot of people are coming in. I have to waiting an incredibly long time for my food now I have to wait for them to fix the machine. Well I guess I don’t have to. I’m going to leave.

The manager Patricia which I know she’s lying about her name. Is so nasty and very rude. After waiting a hour They gave my order to the wrong person and tried to accuse me of stealing the food . Staff had very nasty and disrespectful attitude. One of the employees was purposely being rude and trying to upset my friend & I. The cashier was super rude & just acted like she hated her job by talking to us so unprofessional.
The fries were very hard and uncooked
Wings were very badly prepared and cold
Literally tasted like I could get a pack of frozen wings from bjs and do it on my airfryer at home.
My friend & I were just sitting down waiting for our food just casually having a conversation while the staff kept making faces and just giving a lot of attitude. The atomsphere was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay to eat there. Their energy made us feel very awkward and offending.
Will never come back again & I really prefer for nobody else to even bother coming here.

I came for the first time to this location and had a very unwelcoming experience. The cashier was extremely rude and made me feel like i was a problem to her since i ordered. Afterwards, another worker goes to call out my order , she basically whispered it and said “ oh well I guess Dani isn’t here “ and I turn around and asked politely if my order have been called. She proceeded to roll her eyes and say “ yea it was “ not giving any time to see if anyone is there for the order and just puts it in the back right away without double checking. Then when my friend was waiting for her order , she did the same exact thing and was extremely sassy and rude. I find this establishment to be very unprofessional and rude. It felt very personal and out of context. I don’t recommend the service here. They need to work on their staff.

Chicken usually moist and plump, and the soda machine usually has many many choices that we like but once or twice it wasn’t as good or as plentiful. They get very busy and when overwhelmed I don’t think they’re up for the task the younger ones that they hire most of the ladies are fine except one and the guys can care less I see to feel that is nice , like the location I’m glad to have these choices in our area more toppings on the sweetest side
