Ordered a big order for super bowl, chicken, fries and sauce was perfect. What wasn’t perfect was the veggie sticks. The carrots had to be cut and they came in a zip lock bag which is unusual. The celery sticks were old and soggy.

I placed a pickup order for 5:45 and didn’t receive my food until 7:00. That’s over an hour late with no clear communication or update. I understand places get busy, but if you’re going to offer scheduled pickup times, they should be honored or at least explained. The wait was frustrating and completely threw off my plans for the night. Food was cold and I won’t to order again.

The food was horrendous, it’s a fast food restaurant so I don’t have high expectations but the cooks were legit throwing the containers into bags and rushing orders. It’s clear that the workers don’t care about their customers. They all look visibly frustrated, there have been instances where i’ve seen 1 person doing all the work. They use their phones while handling food, and they avoid answering the phone! I’ve been coming here for some time now and it gets worse every time I come back. This place needs better management or something I don’t plan on coming back for some time.

The employees didn’t use gloves, they were texting on their dirty phones, rubbing nose and picking things off their face. This place is full of germs, very dirty, the female used her bare hands to touch someone else wings to fit in the box after the wing was sticking out. The same female was picking bumps on her chin. Someone also blew their nose at the register. This is why germs spread and also why Covid spread so badly with employees working at fast food restaurants and are super unclean! This has to be one of the most filthiest Wingstop I have ever been to!!! I was so disappointed and disgusted my family threw away the order. There was no way I could eat anything from there!!! Please clean up this restaurant before ppl get sick! And not to mention the fries looked disgusting as well. They were placed in the fryer about 3-4 times as we waited for our food. Unexceptionable!!!! Those fries should have been garbage. Why would you fry them over to keep them hot!!! Wow! Try I new clean batch!

I come here regularly. Never have a problem with any of my orders. The staff is always friendly, and make my food spot on to my tastes. They’ve even made my voodoo fries more spicy upon request. Pedro is a cool manager and great customer service. His positive attitude, and willingness to jump in the mix with his employees. Really does go a long way. Employees are happy and not miserable, like other places.

It doesn’t get any better, I tipped the change and the server brought me my tray to my table with a big smile, fresh, tingling with spice, fresh veggie sticks, great Fanta flavor choices, finger licking AMAZING! Move over atomic wings and BWW, there is a new player in town, I will be coming back for the 3 S’S – smile, service and spice!
