I’ve ordered from here a few times, the place lacks consistency. I think the employee’s should be re-trained because a handful of times my order has been great .. other times (more often than not) the food is terrible.
Ordered Father’s Day at 11:30AM, the fries are hard and clumped/stuck together looking like some kind of mutated monster. I could put a hole in a wall with this thing. Also asked to try the new street corn spice on a 10 piece corn for $5.99… got regular Cajun. My chicken is rubbery and lacking luster. But hey, the ranch is great.

Placed an online order where it said 18-23 minutes until ready. I arrive at the store 25 mins after placing order and the moment I walked in I should have just cancelled the order. It was a sweat box inside with people everywhere. It was without a doubt a fire dept violation for maxing out occupancy.
Absolutely no system in place or direction. People were walking in and didn’t know where to stand because of lack of signage.
Not sure if it was the supervisor but she was shouting out orders and it was just rough.
She was trying her best but was really overwhelmed. I waited for 55 minutes inside for my order (it was for my mom I would have never waited that long otherwise)
They were shouting out the same 6 names for the first 30 minutes. With such a limited menu I have no idea how food wasn’t moving out quicker. What’s even more shocking is that this is a franchise and knowing that the first two weeks open they’re going to do their biggest numbers why are you understaffed? I receive my order-check it before leaving they forgot something.
I get home we check the food and it’s awful. Some of the wings looked like they were eaten. I’m more pissed that I wasted all my time and energy being mad sitting there then having wasted $50 on trash food.
Get it together! Do not give this place your business!
