Went in to Wingstop of Rio Grande for the second time and they seem to be working the kinks out compared to the first time. Workers were busy and focused as dinnertime approached. Placed order on a Friday at 4:15 and when we got there at 4:35 the order was done and ready for pickup. This is a small storefront so not a lot of space to wait. Got home, order was correct, still rather warm and tastier than the first time. Overall decent wings at a fair price. I’ll be going back.

Manager was very rude after telling her they put hot sauce on my son’s when he ask for plain, original. She wouldn’t give me her name and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me they weren’t available, so I ask for new chicken with no sauce she told me no, and I ask for the phone # she refused to give it to me, she told me, I didn’t want to mess with her today she wasn’t gonna take it so I proceeded to get a picture on the wall of the # to call, she told me to leave the store that the cops were coming if I don’t. Then gave the other lady new chicken and the other lady said well i need to put it in the bag the so called manager said no she aint getting no bag.I called the number on the wall and reported what happened and how the so called manager acted. There were other customers in there also. I never had such a experience at this place last year, but she was not there either.. She has no need to be working with customers with a attitude like that, even if she was having a bad day.. I did let others no also and we will NOT be back and she needs to be fired. THE BBB will also be notified.

I have been to Wingstop in many different states. This location was less than stellar. The person that took my order was not welcoming at all. I know it was later in the evening but if you start cleaning, you should wash your hands before you touch any food. I had to remind the team member that I paid for 2 drinks. I probably won’t be coming back to this location.

I don’t know if wingstop fails with every order or just whenever I order. Incomplete and cold food my daughter is returning our order as at this moment. If she returns home with the correct order I don’t think Im Willing to give it another shot . I have ordered three times and never had it one hundred percent correct. Very disappointing

Went for the first time ever with my family of 5 was very affordable and the wings were great! They had flavors that the whole family could enjoy! Staff was friendly and punctual! Had great deals as well! Will definitely be returning soon!!
