I ordered 2 large voodoo fries and this is probably the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. I asked for well done and the fries are certainly not that. Everyone in the facility seemed miserable and watching an interaction with an older gentleman DoorDash delivery person made me sick to my stomach with how unhelpful, attitude driven and rude the cashier was when the gentleman asked for help. It certainly wasn’t worth $17 and I won’t be back. It’s unfortunate because less than a year ago I would have said this was one of my favorite places to come for an order of fries. Hopefully they can do better!

I had a great experience at Wingstop thanks to Teresa. She was really nice, sweet, and made me feel very welcomed. Her customer service was amazing and she was patient, friendly, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s always nice to see someone who truly cares about helping customers. I’d rate zero stars if I could. This is now the third time a DoorDash order was incorrect from this location. We ordered 2x 10 piece boneless combos and received 2 singular tenders, 1x fries, and 2 drinks. No sauces. I don’t understand how hard it is to read a receipt and put the correct items in the bag. And the bag was sealed with their tape upon arrival, so don’t blame the DD driver. Tried calling the restaurant and get no answer. Avoid at all costs.

This was actually my first time trying Wingstop, and it definitely did not disappoint! The location is very convenient, and ordering online was easy—the website was simple to navigate, and I loved having the option to order all flats. The mango habanero flavor was delicious, and the staff inside were very friendly during pickup. I’ll definitely be returning!

Ordered online and was missing an item, quickly called and the manager (damier) (sorry if spelled wrong) was quick to help and correct the order. As someone who has eaten from many wingstops and has never beena big fan due to customer service overall, I definitely appreciate the customer service and definitely recommend coming here if he is working here thak you!

Out of all the foods in the world I think this is just about my favorite but I have to have homemade blue cheese on the side I’m not the packet girl who wants to rip open a packet or dip it in one of those cheap pre-order cups that are sealed cups I like it when the restaurant or the place that you get them from has the so-called homemade blue cheese and you can bite into and taste the of blue cheese. This particular is very busy and fast paced so I think it’s good to pre-order your stuff or doordash it

Every time I order from this Wingstop in Pennsauken, the food is trash. Or They always messing up on the order. Especially at night I don’t know what these people are doing, but they’re not paying attention to what they are supposed to do. Get the garlic Parmesan wings and it’s all buttery crap on it. The chicken be all soggy. They need to shut the place down or replace the whole staff.

I almost forgot about this newer Wingstop location … but I’m glad I remembered. The customer service was A+ and the flats were DELICIOUS, the food was fresh, hott and quick. I would highly recommend this location Yummy … I will be going back Soon. Oh, and did I say the Staff was doing there Big One … Pleasant, Professional.
