i used to come here pretty often but due to the orders never being right i stopped coming as often. today during my visit i noticed not a single one of the workers wearing gloves while handling the food as well as i sat there waiting for my order n nobody asked me what i was waiting for or anything. once i asked about my order it was still very blunt and rude. the one cook was complaining about not getting a break the entire time i was there and yelling about it which wasnt very pleasant.

Love this place to the ground..I come normally in the mornings either Friday through -Sunday I officially believe it’s best time it’s two girls that I see frequently working and they are the best! the manger is sweet and always checking in while the other is making sure she is accurate with putting the order together.they are both very sweet and don’t mind having a laugh in the kitchen I suggest to those that like a quieter area and a very light mood to come these days and try the need flavors!!!!

Writing this after having placed my order 25+ minutes ago. Still sitting here in the store waiting on my food. Place isn’t even busy. I could’ve walked to another restaurant, been seated, ordered, and started eating my food by the time they hand me the food I ordered. Spend your time and money elsewhere. 5 minutes later so 30+minutes now, still no food.
Finally got my food. The wings look like they came from a chicken that got 2 whole days to grow before harvesting. The sauce is pretty good. The fries came out undercooked and soggy. Idk if I got the bottom of a bag or if this is how they serve it but I only got little bits of fries and not whole fries. They don’t have a garbage to throw your trash away. And they don’t have paper towels in the rest room. Its wings, its messy, an air dryer ain’t cutting it. Go to your local pizza place and get a better basket of wings 100%.

Counting wings should be straightforward unfortunately for this location it’s very hard to do.

The worst wing-stop location. Mind you it just opened up a couple of month ago. Worker pick and choose when they want to work. One time I order wings via Uber eats and the wings tasted like tires. Today was my last straw. I spent 25 dollars on wings that taste like they been cooked in a microwave. I reached out to the location and a got a machine that hung up on me. AVOID this location at all cost.

Food’s usually good, but the wait times are ridiculous. You can put your order in 30-40 minutes ahead of time and still wait an additional 30-40mins when you arrive. Every time you ask, employees says “a few minutes, yours is next, I’m working on yours now”. I can’t always blame them, because it’s clear they are always understaffed which is a management issue, not there’s. But it’s just wild their times are never accurate

Tried to order ahead due to only having cash and limited time on my work break, woman on the phone stated I could not order ahead due to them “just opening and not having anybody on register” to take my order. Never had this issue prior, it is inconveniencing for people who want to order ahead on a time crunch, especially knowing it takes 30-45 minutes for them to get your order done.

I’ve ordered here 3 times and 2/3 times got the wrong order. The wait time is horrible and the workers are very ignorant. I will never order here again, I won’t even consider it. This is the worst Wingstop in New Jersey just go to clementon, and this location is NEW. I would give them 0 stars if possible this look like some ketchup on my damn wings
