The restaurant was clean upon arrival and I was greeted by one of the employees. They must have a lag in their system. I placed an order at 12:43pm for a pick up at 5:15pm. The order didn’t show up on their screen until about 5:10pm and I was at the restaurant at 4:55pm. The employees pivoted quickly and fulfilled the order based off of my email. It was hot and fresh and they got it correct. I only left off a star because of the delay and I had to wait for my order, which wasn’t really a huge deal. It was quiet, and the employees were quick.

I ordered lemon pepper wings. I spent $70 on my order and they all came PLAIN JANE. I Door Dashed so I couldn’t get a full refund. I had to season and air fry and try to get them right. (Which they never did) Very disappointed ☹️. My fries were missing as well. What happened to quality control? Shameful!! My family wanted a treat and we got tricked! The community works too hard to waste money in this manner. DO BETTER

Ordered from this location multiple times. One order after another, they keep messing up my stuff. Ordered corn, never got corn. Ordered fries, keep missing fries. Ordered ranch, got blue cheese instead. After my third order, I decided to give them a call to notify them about our order that kept getting missed because eventually things add up. Called the Marlton location over 10x using different numbers, NO ONE ANSWERED. Had to call a different branch. Luckily the branch manager was there and I spoke with Dan or David whoever it was, can’t recall his name. He was apologetic and said he’d refund me partially to which I was thankful for. Days go by, my cc was charged fully and not a single penny was refunded. Tired of the empty lies and calling them back.

Also not to add, the employees weren’t wearing gloves at all when prepping your food. I’d imagine that’s something that DOH would love to see. Train your staff properly, I’d hate to see this location gets fined for not meeting up the DOH sanitary standards…NOT!

I set my order to be ready at a certain time. I walked in and the monitor said it was ready. This was confirmed by the female at the register. She then apologized and said they hadn’t started it yet but it would be ready in 10 min. 10 min went by, I asked a man at the register who said “Sorry, we just started it. It’ll be ready in 10 min.” Another 10 min goes by (30 total), a different guy tried to tell me I only just placed my order. I showed him the email confirmation from 50 min earlier but he didn’t care. He said “The monitor is never wrong”. Odd statement. He then proceeded to say “It must be a glitch”. Hmm, I thought “The monitor is never wrong”…? Had he not been accusatory, rude and dismissive, I wouldn’t be writing this. I asked for a refund but they refused. Ridiculous. The one guy said they would throw in extra wings for the trouble but, they did not. Beyond that, the music was unusually loud, 3 of the workers were on their phones and the soda machine was out of syrup for the Dr Pepper and the iced tea had root beer. The only good part of this encounter was, the female cashier I spoke with upon arrival, was upbeat and kind.

Ordered online for pickup. Ordered 2 chicken tenders meals each with a large cheese fry. I pickup my order and when I get home they substituted corn for the fries! So I drive all the way back and say hey, you gave me corn instead of fries and he said yeah, we are out of fries so we gave you corn. First of all, how do you run out of fries by 7pm? Second, why didnt you tell me when you handed me my order that you did this? When I ask for a refund on the fries you say your system is down so you cant do that but you can give me celery instead of the corn. Not even hey sorry, we can give you an extra piece of chicken or something for the inconvenience. The fact they subbed something out without telling me and then not refunding me for the extra charge I had to pay to go up to a large fries and add cheese is horrible customer service. So I paid $36 for 2 drinks, 10 tenders, and some corn that my kids did not want. I have never had an issue at any other wing stop! Fix this location immediately!

On February 12th around 11 pm me and some friends went in to this wingstop and the female worker working at this time was so rude and just complaining about working. On top of a crew member coming in 20 minutes after we order and thats when our order started being made . I felt like asking for a refund but this lady was blatantly being ignorant I didn’t want to deal with her

I am disappointed. I was expecting great food to come for me and my daughter but we ended up getting basically nothing we wanted other then the fries.. Poor quality, cant get the order right, overall terrible.

No sense of customer service from staff. A simple greeting, or to let me know that my order is ready would have made a difference.
This place has glum workers who look miserable doing their jobs.
Will never buy from this place ever.

“The employees here aren’t doing their jobs, and they’re telling Dashers and Uber Eats drivers to prepare the drinks. That’s something your staff should have ready. Drivers don’t work here, and the food is always late even though you have about five employees and only one of them is actually working. I don’t understand why drivers are expected to prepare the drinks. Fix this immediately.”
