Spend your money elsewhere. Walked in and ordered takeout. No other customers were in store. Ordered 2 orders of bone-in wings and a sandwich. Took around 40 minutes for them to get us our order. The lobby area filled up quickly and the kitchen got backed up, which I understand but there seemed to be no logic to which order was being done first. After sitting there for forever, I walked up to the window and asked about my order. Turns out it was on the other shelf behind the register ready to go for at least 10-15 min (I saw them bagging up the food and putting orders together) I open the wings every single one was a drumstick wing. Not a single flat wing. Really disappointed spending $50 on this but lesson learned not coming back. Also the open kitchen concept might not be a great idea if the workers are going to be bragging about how they wash their uniform once every couple weeks.

Got the gametime flavor bundle the amount of food to price was great .
The hickory smoked bbq was more a sweet tasting with no hickory flavor and it was drenched in sauce. Hot honey was neither only dry , garlic parm was trash and our last flavor was mild …bit too much pepper .
The fries , god they were bad.overwhelming amounts of salt. In the photo was the middle of the pile , on top was awful
Cajun corn was on point tho
Omg , and the dip I only got the ranch dip and it was lacking in every dept , a simple over the counter ranch you can buy .
Our meal was just lack luster .

Food is always really good! the lemon pepper seasoning is my favorite and i tried the new chipotle rub and it was good, not too spicy. fries and veggies are super good as-well. overall, wingstop is my shit service is ok at best, and atmosphere is pretty good. 5/5 90/100.

Mr. OC and damien are awesome. I had an order packed wrong. I called to simply get it fixed and they went above and beyond to get it fixed. Food is great and customer service is even better. I recommend to anyone that wants some chicken wings.

Every time we order from the online store for delivery there is an issue with the order. We have experienced them saying the food got delivered when it hasn’t. The next time we received the wrong food items. The third time- tonight the order was supposed to be delivered in an hour. Two hours later it still had not arrived, finally we drove up there and the said the order was just picked up by the driver.

Not sure how there’s so many “service was great” when I was just literally yelled at that “T” packaged my food so she knows what was in it when I went back in to simple ask for the side of cajun I had ordered. A side of Cajun. I didn’t go back in upset, I don’t have time for that. I just simply asked for a side of Cajun that I ordered that wasn’t in the bag. But was yelled at saying she knows it’s in there because she packaged it. Then when I asked for her name since there’s no name tags worn, I was ignored. Then I asked the manager after she kindly grabbed the Cajun seasoning for me and she also didn’t want to tell me the others name. Food was okay but the customer service is definitely not a thing at this location.

The whole staff Tiara, Caroline and Joe are a pleasure from beginning to the end. I was surprised I was greeted immediately by tiara, then Caroline and Joe answered questions in regards to my order and aided in me picking the best choice for my wing order.
