This store is starting to make me wish it never came in my neighborhood they hire all the wrong people ,yes they have a lot of down time but when customers come in you are supposed straighten up this is your job. When I walked in one employee was using foul language loud enough for everyone to hear. I was then left standing at the counter because I was told I had to wait for someone to come out of the bathroom because she was the only one who could take my order since I was paying with cash, after waiting sometime she came out and said I don’t have any change do you have a card so I had no choice but to leave. You can’t order over phone like other locations you have to walk in to order, about a month they said they were not taking any more orders because they have too many online orders it’s just always something with this location! That was my last time going there if their service is bad I can only imagine what they doing to the food!

Driver delivered to wrong house down the street. I tried calling and messaging multiple times, but he did not answer. My husband had to walk and search for it in 15 degree weather. They, when I tried calling the restaurant they didn’t answer twice. We then realized they gave us 3 wrong drinks. Terrible experience all around and I’d really like to remove part of my tip for driver, but because they refuse to answer the phone, I can’t do that. Do not recommend.
After posting this, I got an automatic response. No phone call back. Nothing else. That’s not exactly trying to give a good experience. My family will not be returning.

Customer service was amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful.! But my food was way too salty. I couldn’t even finish eating. I even tried to wash the season off…. This was my first time eating at Wingstop and I believe it would be the last based off of the food being salty. The customer service was great and the restaurant was very clean. I left a 3 start because the atmosphere and customer service was great.! But the food deserves a 1 star.

We didnt get what we asked for. We made an order hours in advance so it would be ready by the afternoon, but our order still wasn’t right, and it seems they rushed the order. We asked to make our wings hard and fully done, but that didn’t happen. Our corn was drenched with seasoning so it was super salty. The worse was we couldn’t tell between our 2 different flavors because they both were bland. We were definitely not satisfied today and I don’t think we will go back rhere

I ordered an hour before closing on july 4th, they made it in 20 minutes, greeted me well when I came in, and even made the order in person behind me feel welcomed. They had full staffed and all hustled with a smile. We ordered the new seasonal hot honey wings (bone&boneless) and my fiance said its better than the newly opened local raising canes (Canes’ chicken lacks color and flavor is carried by their sauce alone.). The Food was correct, hot and fresh. Idk what in the world these other reviews are on about but one mentioned that sometimes customer reviewers lack cultural understanding. People that know what their doing and do it well will conduct themselves with the pride that deserves respect, michelin or fastfood. If you come in there entitled and rude I wouldnt be suprised if you got the energy back. Staff saved my 4th of july.

Worst experience ever at WingsTop Clementon. When I came to pick up my order, the employee told me it would be ready in 8–9 minutes, but I ended up waiting 25 minutes. The only chef was too busy talking to his girlfriend instead of cooking. On top of that, the AC was switched off in the middle of this hot weather, making the wait even worse. Totally unprofessional, careless, and uncomfortable service. Never coming back here again.

I ordered Lemon peppered and parmesan wings. Does anyone see any flavor? I will give this location 2 stars because they gave me extra boneless wings. And the cold fries weren’t soggy nor too cold. I’ll save my money tho.
