Flavor is good but they make the boneless wings so tiny. Never seen a wing stop make their wings like that. It’s like bite sized nuggets rather than large boneless wings that I’ve seen at other wing stop locations. Please make your boneless wings longer/ bigger! $18 for a combo with 6 nugget sized wings makes absolutely no sense.

I put in take out order of 10 wings from this Wingstop for the first time. I was happy to see they allow 2 flavors for the order. I picked the plain and lemon peppers.
The store was empty when I arrived. They have a parking lot right next to the store. The store was very clean and tidy. Lots of tables to sit. Clear big menu with all the wings, sandwiches, tenders, sides listed on the menu. I was shocked to see they have more than 12 flavors, all nicely described in huge wall poster. I waited about 5 minutes to get my order.
The wings were decent size. They were moist inside. But the outer layer was dry crisp kind that I am not a fan of. But I loved the lemon peppers that had citrusy flavor with hint of salt. Overall it was a nice first time experience.

I visited Wing Stop in Bergenfield, NJ for the first time. I’ve never had their food. I was greeted by 1 of their Crew Members named Jessica. She was patient with me as I tried to decide on what to try along with the sauces. She politely offered her suggestions after I asked her, “Which ones she liked?” She went the extra mile to let me try the 2 sauces I was thinking about.
She suggested the Cajun corn which was delicious! I decided to get the Louisiana & Korean sauces and I was pleased when I got home and ate it. lol Jessica was friendly, polite, warm, personable and helpful. She is an asset to your establishment! So many fast food places can learn from Jessica’s customer service.

Last time I ordered the fries and they were a little salty for me, so this time I ordered without seasoning and… AMAZING!.
They were super polite and beyond!

Went in store around 2pm, and had to ask twice to even get an order started. They told us 15 minutes, and we waited in the store. after around 20 minutes, one of the workers came out and told us the ticket machine broke so it’s going to take a few more minutes. We got our order another 20 minutes later, and the fries were almost black and soggy. It looked like it’s been fried in bad oil. i hate wasting food but this was inedible. never going back

Wingstop has amazing chicken! Been to this location for about 3 years now. The food has always been great! Hot! Fresh! The 1 star is because they never really add more sauce to the wings plus im a fatty so iykyk!
Til this day I have yet to have a complain about the workers attitude or the manager. I never deal with anyone im just in and out. They all seem pretty chill and amazing people soo?

We always go in person to order our take out food so that way they can’t mess it up. You’ll wait for quite a while but it’s worth it in terms of the food. Lemon pepper and garlic are our faves. Wish the fries would improve idk how they are soggy and dry at the same time everytime? The kid at the front tries to be helpful in terms of helping you with choices and getting the most out of their deals. He said something a little disrespectful last time kind of loud in front of other patrons when my card declined he was like “I guess you don’t have enough money to pay” I’m like young man run it again it must be your machine that card has a $0 balance with $8,600.00 limit. It was the machine. It’s not kind to assume someone’s finances. He’s young so no sweat off my eyebrow. Outside of that and the wait times, good food. Always cooked well. Clean environment. Yes wait times can be long but in my eyes thats a good thing – any food you can get in 5 minutes like fast food drive through is literal plastic poison. Will continue to go back.
