I usually go here in person, however I ordered delivery today. I’m not sure what was going on in that kitchen but my order came nasty ! It looked like they forgot to do it correctly and went back and dumped all the seasonings on the top of it before it left the store. I’m only giving decent stars because I called and got a refund. But your store needs to do better. I’m having a to grab something else for dinner after waiting 50 mins.

made an order at 630pm and after making us wait for HOURS, they cancelled at 910pm. Tried to call to understand what was going on, no one answered. This is one of the worst customer service i’ve ever had to deal with. They dont even have the courage to answer the phone. we ordered 20 wings, 1 drink and fries. 2h40m waiting to get no food and to spend another 20m on the phone waiting to talk to someone that never arrived. this should be a joke

Overpriced and not done. Dropped the wings and had them up in 10 minutes. Manager wanted to debate about them being done or not instead of trying to fix the situation. Our ordered totaled $107. You would think that he would try to fix the issue instead of arguing. I got a refund and the items went in the trash, so who really lost here???

I’ve ordered the 20 wings combo pack delivered a few times. The first time, it took more than an hr to get it delivered. Since then, they’ve delivered it much quicker and the taste and the quality has improved as well.

Food is overpriced. They say open until midnight but the door was locked by 11:50. They gave me shit before I could be let in to order. They make you order a minimum of 10 wings if you’re not doing the combo with fries and a drink. I really only wanted 6 but took the 10 anyway. They asked what dip only to tell me dip was only for conbo orders. All of that for 10 wings without dipping sauce. $15. Make it make sense.

I probably won’t get wings from there again. There were only 2 people ahead of me and one had placed his order before I walked in. I waited for about 20 minutes before I could even place my order. Once I did order, I waited over 30 minutes to get my order. The prices are robbery… $16 for 8 PIECES of wings for takeout!! Not even whole wings, which is what I was told by the cashier.
I perhaps chose the wrong wings because the Lemon Parmesean wings were dry and flavorless. The Korean sauce ones were good but the 8 wing pieces are not worth the price for takeout.
They did give me plenty of French Fries. They were supposed to be seasoned fries but they were not. Maybe they just meant a little salt. No special seasoning, which is what I thought.
The cups for beverages are not in the most sanitary location, next to the register where the cashier who handled the money and without gloves, touched the mouth of every cup as she stacked them next to the register.

The customer service was outstanding – my last order missed a few things so I called to mention it, and the manager Manny was super helpful and kind. I eventually pickup my order a few days later (today, basically) and – MANNY went above and beyond and made us the perfect order with a little generous surprise! I’m incredibly grateful. Also, the cashier lady was nice too. My food was made perfectly, only positive things to say here. This is the Union city, NJ Wingstop location if you’re wondering . These employees deserve more credit and a raise! Thank you so much MANNY and staff for the outstanding experience, you guys are AWESOME!!

SMDH!!!! Why is it that the delivery people always leave your food behind the door on the doormat when you specifically ask for them to put it in a chair and/or table on the front porch!!! Not good at all!! There are stray cats, skunks and raccoons around!!!

The worst wingstop I have ever been to and I love wingstop. Absolutely terrible music playing from the kitchen that is obnoxiously loud. I got hot honey rub wings and for some reason they gave me plain WITH A SIDE OF HOT HONEY RUB. Why would i ever order a side of a rub and get plain wings?? They took forever and did not even god damn rub my wings. Mango habaneros were lacking sauce and were mildly bare. I asked if my order was right and if they could fix it after so long of them saying its how i ordered it he took it and came back within a minute with a whole other seasoning and a thick layer on my wings. The wings were so dark as well. This is so ridiculous. Honestly save your money and dont ever waste your time at this wingstop.
