I ordered in this Wingstop because every other time it’s been fine — but today? Total bullshit. They didn’t even give me what I ordered. I asked for 20 boneless, got 17 and 8 of them were actually wings not boneless. The flavors were supposed to be BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, and Hot Honey — but instead of Garlic Parmesan they gave me some spicy crap that burned like hell. Seriously what the hell is going on with this place?

I ordered Wingstop through DoorDash and had a terrible experience. When the food arrived, the containers were open, and ketchup had spilled all over the bag. The presentation was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t eat anything because it was such a mess, and I had to throw it all away.
To make it worse, the dipping sauces I paid for were missing. It’s frustrating that the driver didn’t check if the order was sealed or complete before delivering it.
This was a total waste of money. I expected better from both Wingstop and DoorDash. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again unless things change.

Ordered this past weekend for delivery. They missed 3/4 or my order. They made me drive back to the store to correct my order. Even after they gave me the new order it was wrong. Asked for 1/2 the order to be boneless…it was all bone in. Asked for 1/2 habanero and 1/2 hawaiian..it was all hawaiian. Will not be ordering from here after this

Wasted 73 dollars on uber eats on an order of wings so dry, hard and stale they either were a day old or sitting under a heat lamp. I rarely call a store to complain I just let it go but not this time. Lady picks up and of course doesn’t care. First she says the manager isn’t there then says she’s the manager and that they can’t do anything, useless. Why waste your money on this place if you might get stale wings.

It is sad when you have your mouth set for something only to be disappointed after spending your money. I ordered the combo and my fries were definitely old. They are so hard and dried out if your teeth were loose they would have fallen out. The chicken was decent. I can’t even continue this review since I am sitting at work upset and hungry.

I expected atomic to be at par with Blazin from Buffalo Wild Wings when it comes to the heat but unfortunately fell way short. However, the dry rubs of lemon pepper and Louisiana hot flavors were really good!

I’m a wings fan, I appreciate the flavor of good and tasty wings and this specific location always offers 0pretty well prepared chicken wings.
Our favorites are the spicy habanero and lemon , but you can try all flavors and sauces that they offer.
We ordered to delivery service and was fast, and well packaged, the food arrived warm despite the distance, that’s an extra point.
I hope we can visit the restaurant to eat in there.

I come to Wingstop a lot whether it’s this location or others and I love their food. Their fries aren’t my favorite because a lot of the times they’re soggy, but they’re still good. I came in the other day and when I walked in, there was two people working one was cleaning something, and the other was standing in the back, staring right at me texting on her phone and was on a phone call. I sat there for about five minutes until the girl took my order because she was on her phone not doing anything. I thought that was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I don’t feel that you should sit on your phone when there’s customers at your job.
