Terrible service. Order over the phone for pick up guy didn’t know even what the menu was. Very unprofessional talking to his co worker laughing while I’m trying to place an order. I been in a the food busy for years so I know sometimes it gets hard. But he didn’t care at all about customer service. And to top it all off didn’t even get my order right. I will never be coming here again and I will be telling others to go to another wingstop. Horrendous.

Worst wing stop I have ever been to, I ask for ketchup and the guy said he put it in the bag. I said ok, and went to dine. I realize there is no ketchup in the bag, I went back to him and ask kindly for keptup and told him none was in the bag. I started giving me attitude, I went back to my table take up the bag and shake it out on the counter and there is no ketchup. This guy took up 4 ketup and threw them on the counter.

The wings I order were the buffalo mild flavor, for some reason they have a oily after taste. They are cooked right, however it could be improve. The fries are great and a good selection of flavors of wings. The service was excellent and fast.

I’ll never step foot into this place again. Bunch of racist scum working here. If you’re not black or latin you get treated 2nd class. I specified that i wanted to dine in multiple times while ordering. They packaged my food to go and left it on the counter for nearly 25 mins soggy and cold. But a group of latinos and black people got their food piping hot with all smiles and fist bumps. I felt very unwelcomed eating here. Never again..smh

This goes to the Wingstop in my area, which includes clifton,Garfield. I’ve had wings with and without barbeque sauce. This is only constructive criticism, but people, your wings are dry and crispy. Sometimes very hard to eat. Yes, I like chicken but chicken that I could eat. Like the concept of wings, but just not this way. I see reviews about management, but solely, this is a cooking issue. Please take this and please improve your product.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! These people ripped me off! I ordered from the App for delivery and I had no idea that the orders were delivered using doordash. Well not only did my order never arrived even though it said “delivered ” but when I called the Wingstop location that my order was from, they said that they weren’t responsible for the delivery orders and that I had to call doordash and ask about my refund for the tip money that I stupidly had them take for the supposed delivery person who NEVER delivered my food. When I called, I was promised to get my money back from Doordash themselves and I didn’t even get that. The Wingstop App is deceiving and I wish that they would’ve stated that on the App that they themselves didn’t do the deliveries. Order from the App for this Wingstop location at your own risk!

Just fire those young boys that started working in the couple of months they are worst than the lady crew that you had before. They listen to loud music don’t know how to count possibly high on something always giving wrong and missing orders. They don’t even know how to make the items in the menu properly.
