Another Gen-Z run Wingstop establishment. 9 workers that I count currently at 11:21pm on a Thursday night. I drove 15min to get here & been waiting an additional 15min+ for 2 simple 1 order items. I officially hate every Wingstop that just popped up here in the New England area lol & this is from a Food service pickup POV, I will probably never try this place unless someone gave it to me for free lol.

I went around 10:45 PM on a Saturday night. There were a lot of orders, both for walk-in and takeout but my friend and I waited for almost 25 – 30 minutes which wasn’t bad. Lateef took our order and he was really nice! His coworker also brought our food to our table. There were a lot of staff members in the kitchen and everyone seemed like they were having a good time, which reminded me when I used to work in the kitchen. The location itself isn’t too big but has a good amount of seating. I ordered the 10 piece lemon pepper & mild and it came out fresh and well seasoned. I would say skip the voodoo fries and just get regular fries. The ranch and bleu cheese were good too. The cajun corn is okay, would pass on that as well. I would go back if I was craving it but it isn’t really worth the hype. It’s just convenient to have a Wingstop close by now.

I ordered online on a Tuesday night. It said the wait was 63 minutes. When I arrived it was busy. After I saw someone get their order that had placed it after mine (we had conversed while waiting), I inquired about what was going on with my order. I was told it had gotten skipped, but that they were making it right away. Desi, who was working in the back was very friendly, and apologetic. And the young kid (I think his name is as Scott) who was handing out peoples orders was also very kind, and was trying to be funny and make light of the chaotic situation. They ended up throwing in two brownies, and gave me extra ranch. The food itself was pretty good- only thing I will say is they need to coat the wings more evenly with the seasonings- especially the dry rubs. Mine were coated excessively in only certain areas, and plain on the rest of the wing. I’ll be back once the hype dies down. The employees are all pretty young- so keep that in mind when you’re expecting TOP NOTCH customer service. In my opinion they were all working their butts off and trying to get peoples food out to them.

I couldn’t order over the phone, and whoever I talked to had a terrible attitude. They advised me to order online even though the option was also unavailable. I recommend going to Bangin Wings instead. They have excellent customer service and much better food.

I visited Wingstop on October 21 and ordered online. The site said my order would be ready in 16–21 minutes. I arrived about 25 minutes later, only to be told they were actually running an hour and a half behind. The person at the register explained that the “16–21 minutes” is supposedly how long you should wait before leaving your house — not when your food will actually be ready, which makes no sense. This was around 8:15 PM, meaning I wouldn’t have received my food until nearly 10 PM.
I requested a refund, and they wrote my name and phone number on a small piece of register tape, saying the refund would be processed at the end of the night and take 3–5 days. It’s now been three days, and nothing has been refunded.
Having worked in retail for many years, I know it doesn’t take that long for a refund to show up. Overall, this was a really disappointing and frustrating experience.
