I visited this establishment on 10/28 at approximately 4:44 p.m. and made a purchase totaling $20.73. Since my order was expected to take some time, I did not take my receipt. When I arrived home, my child began eating her wings and found a hair in her food. I immediately called the store to request a refund, as I no longer felt comfortable eating there.
The employee who answered, described as a long-haired male and shift leader, informed me that the general manager who processed my order had already gone home. I explained that the refund should still be possible using my Apple Pay details and the time of purchase. He stated he did not know how to issue the refund and repeated that I would need to wait until Thursday for the GM’s return. When I suggested he contact the GM for guidance, he refused and did not take my contact information to have the GM follow up.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment due to sanitation concerns and unprofessional handling of customer issues.

Wings are actually decent in size, Cajun corn was bomb AF, and the fries reminded me of five guys. However wing stop is definitely overly hyped and I don’t think it’s worth it. I like a little crispness to my wings and they were too soft for my liking. Flavors are mid. I ordered (dry) lemon pepper wings and it just taste like oil. Service was good though they made sure I had everything in my bag and my online order was completed within the time frame. I didn’t eat inside but they do have tables and chairs.

I would not recommend ordering from this location at all!! 9/10 chicken is undercooked or soggy! And fries are never properly cooked. On top of them not even having decent food like majority locations, their service is absolutely disgusting! They are horrible with customers and the manager that usually answers doesn’t speak clearly but has an absolute disrespectful nasty attitude on the phone. I placed an order, got charged but called when I noticed my order didn’t fully go through, they said they didn’t receive an order and it should be back in my account within 2-5 business days then 5-7 when I called next well it’s been over 12 days now! Every-time I call now it’s just me dealing with disgusting attitudes! So I got my money stolen at the end of it all! I just wouldn’t waste time nor money on an establishment that runs like this.

I’m quite surprised, it was delicious. Korean Q and honey hot rub were my favorite. Mustard sauce dip is good, lemon pepper fries are great.
Service was good and friendly.

Idk if is just me!? but i order cheese fries and i get my cheese fries soggy with to much cheese. which btw, i didn’t ask for
extra cheese!!! then i get my lemon pepper sandwich and is full of pepper. like if the person who was cooking didn’t even want to cook the food! This place over the years have got so bad is ridiculous won’t spend my money here anymore disgusted honestly!! Pictures attached! And they don’t answer phone either for refund!!

Really! This is why I don’t order out! Besides the delivery everything was horrible. I ordered regular wings got boneless. I could have went food shopping and gotten better quality. You know the leftover food that sides out a picnic. It’s given that. Again for the price. The fires were dry…. never again!!!

Every. Single. Time. I come here to pick up my order… NOT A SINGLE WORKER acknowledges me and they just stare. None of them have any customer service skills. Why am I standing at pick up counter for over two minutes with the workers staring at me and not acknowledging me. They all need attend a workshop to work on their customer service skills. I HAD TO WALK INTO THE BACK TO GET MY FOOD OFF THE RACK AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED!!!

Your kitchen is too small and the volume of orders is drowning your staff. You are incapable of delivering an order in a timely manner and it’s just unacceptable.
That being said, congratulations on the large customer base, but please grow with it because I know this ain’t fast food but it’s definitely not convenient either in its current state.

So, I had my first ever experience with Wingstop today with my family.
Overall, it was excellent, the wings were well cooked and sauced. Very flavorful, more than Buffalo Wild Wings.
The only gripe I had was packaging of larger takeout orders, brown paper bags just don’t cut it, especially with hot food, it affects the bag, making them more prone to ripping and causing an unfortunate situation. Had a close call but crisis avoided. (phew!)
All on all, this place won me over as a customer, as a highlight on sauces, all we tried were on par and better than competitors offering.
Sauces I had and recommend.
– Mango Habanero – Best I’ve had!
– Cajun – OMG, this sauce is S-Tier, just alone, a reson to come back for more!
– Hickory Smoked BBQ – Great smokey flavor, WOW!
– Spicy Korean – Savory & Delicious
