I live a few blocks away and ordered delivery on Tuesday, and while it’s a little pricey I enjoyed my meal and its efficient delivery. So much so that the family came by tonight and we ordered delivery again. What a disappointment on so many levels. The food wasn’t hot and the order was fraught with errors. They only gave us 1 of 3 brownies ordered, none of the 3 dipping sauces, and the order of 20 Korean wings was instead substituted with Hot Honey which none of us wanted. I tried calling several times and no one picks up the phone. That’s almost $90 wasted. A shame because I live close and this would be a nice regular treat for us. I hope someone makes this right. I emailed and haven’t heard back. Someone did call from the restaurant but I wasn’t by my phone. They didn’t leave a message and when I call back — no answer, surprise surprise. Extremely disappointed!

This was my first time ordering from Wingstop in Brockton, through DoorDash. I ordered what I thought was supposed to be boneless chicken. two types, 10 pieces of spicy honey and 10 pieces of lemon pepper The total was $26.25 to my shock and horror. The driver arrived and gave me this tiny little bag that weighed nothing. I looked inside the bag to find five little pieces of I don’t know what that didn’t look like any type of chicken when I asked the Dasher to return it. She said she could not. I called the location and they said I had to call DoorDash. Don’t buy anything from them.!!!!!! Wish there was a negative I give it zero stars when I called to complain I could hear the young girl in the background saying that a customer is complaining and that she couldn’t care less!! Manager did nothing as well beyond terrible service!!!

Ordered through door dash. When the dasher dropped the food off I only got a bag of fries and a soda – which was wrong. I ordered 2 8 piece combos & a diet Dr Pepper. I tried to call the dasher back to see if he forgot to give me a bag, but he didn’t speak English so I called the store and explained what happened. I decided to just drive there and pick up my missing wings. When I got home this is what I got. 2 orders of 5 wings that look terrible.

I had to downgrade the review It seems like if you order an hour or two before closing you get the leftovers and when I say that instead of getting 10 pieces you get 30 bits of chicken and I ordered two cheese sauce cups with my order both of them filled about 30% each maybe even less….. I genuinely feel like I got ripped off…… To top it all off it was cold when it got delivered… If I order during the day the service is great the food is great the quality is great but for some reason whenever I order near closing it’s like that’s when all the hacks work at the Torrey Street location

I would never come back to the this location. Matter of fact if I have to come back here I will just either wait until I can cook at home or just not eat why is this place open serving food
The food was nasty the people mixed up my food keep in mind that I have a food allergy especially to hot favor food then the dinner room was congested to the point that other customers that was waiting on the food had to help them ok then the lack of communication that is shared with the staff is crazy too
Then I called back and still got both nasty food and the wrong Danm chicken man this place is sad and I will never tell anyone to come here

Well to start off they were so behind on orders over 30 people waiting in line at the store. Then I go to place my order and he tells me that I can’t order in person I need to order online. When I asked why he walked away. Then took the people behind me order as to what they wanted. The place was a mess they never changed their gloves after touching money and other things. They were throwing fries at one another. I waited over an hour and half for my wings. And they tasted awful there was black pepper on top of the wings added after they had been cooked which was unusual and I mean like a bunch of HUGE flakes of black pepper.
I didn’t even eat 1 full wing and tossed them they were absolutely disgusting. They were definitely over cooked, and all these workers have such bad attitudes. They should be wearing name tags so I know who is who honestly. The soda machine has been broken for months now and if you get a combo with a soda your getting an empty cup maybe you can drink the sink water if ur that thirsty. This place should just get shut down.
