We ordered pick up a $50 order. When we got there to pick up our food, they wouldn’t give us the extra sauces that we paid for close to $10 an extra sauce when we ask them are the fries fresh they told us they just pulled them out by the time we got home the fries were rock hard. We look at the sauces that we got. None of them are correct. I am just all disappointed. Would I ever come back here again? Hell, no should I get a discount maybe

This location in-particular was a lifesaver during my trip in Boston. The $9 meal was both filling and incredibly delicious for the price, and also made it very easy to stay hydrated since most of the surrounding stores don’t use English as their primary language. It looks like the staff had to put up with a lot of sketchy people but still served us well, so overall I’m very happy with the place but feel a little bad for the staff if they always have to put up with the weirdest people. I suppose good prices probably attract both good and bad crowds, but I’m grateful!

I ordered 20 wings with 3 different flavors from this place and they sent me 20 cold, unseasoned, unprepared wings. I don’t know if this was done intentionally or they are just exceptionally terrible at their jobs but I honestly couldn’t believe it. Luckily I got a full refund because of how ridiculously stupid this was but what a waste of everyone’s time.
Ive made a point to specifically not order from this Wingstop location due to the awful reviews. I tried it for the first time and they gave me that classic Revere Wingstop experience. I will NEVER even consider this location ever again.

Very bad service, I ordered my service to eat in the restaurant and there was no space and I asked the person who served me to pack it for me to take away and he looked at me with a bad attitude, then when he gave me the order he gave me the wrong one and When he gave me back I told him that it was not my order, he looked at me with that bad attitude and he had poor hygiene because he had food around his mouth and he spit. It is unpleasant to know that a person like that is preparing your food without a mouth cover. In the end I couldn’t eat it. And with loud music that was almost incomprehensible to place the order and what the cashier said.

I ordered 40 wings 4 different flavors. Mild, garlic Parm, plain and smoky BBQ, fries and fries corn bites. I also got some boneless plain to try. I ordered ahead I arrived early they were preparing my order, I got it in the car to see if everything was in the bags, fries were already cold and soggy. I ordered the wings well done, they weren’t even a little bit crispy they were so flabby and under cooked and no flavor. I couldn’t eat them. The front counter employee was pleasant and helpful and the boneless was the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Won’t be back.

Got my order wrong AND missed out part of my order as well. They didn’t include vegetable dips. The chicken was also barely covered in any sauce, as if it were rushed. I don’t blame them since it was really busy, but I’d rather get my food done properly than fast.
