always check your bag after picking up your food before leaving. This location always forgets to add something. Update: don’t listen to response below btw. I’ve already reached out with no response. Store says I have to drive back to get fries, customer service for refund. Just don’t trust them. Almost not worth the hassle. Always check!

Placed an order a day in advance for super bowl sunday for a 5:30pm pick up. When my husband arrived he said the line was out the door and that the place was so packed you couldnt even walk in there. Our order was nowhere near ready. My husband waited an hour in a half before our order was ready, missing the first quarter of the super bowl. Not to mention, we were hosting. Overall a horrible experience. Why take orders if you cant keep up. I knew it was too good to be true. This is unacceptable.

We were super hungry late at night, so we drove over to Wingstop for the first time. The location was decent, plenty of parking, including electric vehicle spots (not that it matters to me).
The place was really clean inside, and the staff were incredibly nice. They helped me with the menu since it was my first time, and we ended up getting a mix of boneless and bone-in chicken with different seasonings and drinks. The staff even brought the order out to the car for takeout, which was really thoughtful.
The food itself was just okay—not bad, not amazing. It filled us up, but we couldn’t finish it all because the portions were huge, and it was a little pricey for what we got.
Overall, the service was fantastic, and the food did the job, so I’m giving it 4 stars.

I can’t tell you about the food or the atmosphere. I just know that I ordered at 6:12 PM today and it is 9:22 PM and I’ve tried to call them to cancel the order at this point and the phone sent you to a service that none of the options work nobody’s picking up and it’s already gone through. I guess if you get delivery through them cause I went to their website they Outsource to DoorDash and I have screenshots of about six different drivers that waited there for about 10 minutes and then left at this point. I don’t think I’ll ever go to Wingstop again. Going tomorrow to try to get my refund because I want my whole refund because I never got my food and I have screenshots upon screenshots of just how shitty the service was and screenshots of me trying to call as well. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Unless you can actually drive there and sit and wait I wouldn’t recommend it. Update will follow on how they handle the situation when I drive there tomorrow because nobody would answer the phone tonight

No greeting, no services. One worker is eating chicken strip, looks up at me and goes back to eat lol.. can’t make this up. Apparently they don’t need the service. I left.

Where do I even begin. I told the lady that I wanted “bone wings” and also gave her the flavor and again I said “bone in” my dad also said classic wings at the end. And also asked for ranch sauce and I was right next to here with eye contact and she proceeded to put blue cheese along with boneless wings. Another thing is I said my name and how to spell it and she proceeded to spell it completely wrong. We waited a good 15 minutes. When I got home I opened to see boneless wings and was very disappointed. Along with the blue cheese which gladly im not allergic too. Very poor customer service and very lazy work with the little BONELESS wings. And the 5 cajun wings which were not cajun at all. And the lemon pepper wings had no lemon taste at all . %100 going to the one in revere

Person at the register not helpful at all wanted boneless they were out without putting a sign or telling us while we waited in line. So we basically had to eat what they want us to eat.. Still charged us for the higher price. Then we wanted to try a 3rd flavor and they made it impossible.
