Ordered via DoorDash, the receipt says tenders but they gave the driver wings. DoorDash said they were unable to help at this time, so I thought, maybe I can just talk to the store. The conversation quickly turned severely rude.

Called this place about an hour before closing looking for a place to eat when we got to town, service wasn’t bad but when asked about what was in their garden salad we go the answer “vegetables.” I ordered 24oz wings a French fry and the garden salad, Now the wings weren’t terrible but nothing to write home about even with a ranch side, french fries were pretty standard. The garden however was just a lot of lettuce and poorly cut green peppers, red onion and tomatoes. When I did get to the place getting my food was very fast they did have it ready to go so I was out the door in less than 30 seconds.

I just left wings n pies Norwich location. I ordered (2) orders of wings and what i received was well beyond anything I imagined. He upgraded my order. What a Blessing.. Those wings were so fabulous Hot Honey and Garlic Parmeasean.. that upgraded went from 2 – 8pcs to 2 trays. I’m eating and licking my fingers in between typing…. I ordered lemon pepper wings and they must have poured the whole seasoning bottle in the wings! I spent a total or $60 and gave $10 tip! When I called them the guy said it was my fault I’m supposed to say light seasoning. It’s was my first and last time there! I will not be back!

I paid nearly $16 for some frozen fish that you get in the frozen section of the supermarket. The tarter sauce is also the kind in packets. I had their pizza once and so I didn’t think I’d have this experience. Edit: I hadn’t even opened my garlic knots because I thought surely those will be fine. Noooope. The bread is inedible. It’s mush!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I was excited for it to be good, but was highly disappointed. My tenders were freezer burnt, then fried to the point where it was cracking on the inside. The onion rings were burnt and soggy. They also tasted like fish. Which is obviously a health issue. If someone were to order these with a seafood allergy, they would have ended up with an allergic reaction. The wings were drenched in sauce and way too over cooked. Don’t go here.

Garlic knots and broccoli Alfredo…thankfully the garlic knots were good, which is the one star the broccoli Alfredo was barely edible. Alfredo sauce was mostly oil, the broccoli was over cooked so much it was a soggy mess. I could only force myself to eat half, cause I was starving. I’m sure if I ate it all, I’d be all night long. We ordered for delivery last night. Besides 2 awesome pizza and 2 lbs of boneless wings in General Tso’s we also ordered 2 appetizers of bacon cheese fries. When the food was delivered not only did we receive a large aluminum pan of bacon cheese fries which amounted double the fries that we ordered with a note on top saying “Xtra fries on the house” but we also got a free 2 liter bottle of lemonade. Called the owner to thank him today and he was very pleasant to talk to. By far our favorite place to order delivery from. Highly recommend!!!!
