I went in on Saturday. I walked in a stood for about 7 minutes before a young man came from the back. He didn’t come for me though he came to answer the phone. No greeting just made eye contact and went about answering the phone. At first I was like me a mind but his clothes were filthy and he looked to have an unapproachable demeanor so I turned and left. I’m big on customer service and that was my second time having this kind of encounter. My previous review was all good but that was over a year ago. The people have changed her so many times and the quality of service is trash. I didn’t eat this time.

Today 1/27/2026 was my first time trying this place out after reading the reviews. I ordered through door dash delivery since I’m snowed in during this winter storm. I called this establishment, let them know my name & had them to check and see if my order was showing up in the system, so that I could get everything made fresh. The lady I spoke with said she saw my order and would make sure they made it fresh. Unfortunately, when my food arrived…. It wasn’t fresh and the wings were pretty small and the fries were so nasty and not all the way cooked & had no season on them as well. I’m disappointed & feel like I’ve wasted money, so today was my first and last day ordering from here!

Boneless wings were overcooked, dam near burnt, taste of old grease and SALTY. First time supporting the place was okay, this time was absolutely horrible. Please change cooks, honest opinion. Most reviews from others are saying the same, salty, overcooked, burnt, old grease. Its a hit and miss! I guess it depends on who’s doing the frying. Daiquiris are good

Great food. I went right when they opened and got cajun lemon pepper and had him add hot sauce to it. It was off the chain and the fries were good too. The wings are smaller but it was still good. I think I prefer smaller wings anyway. The guy who toook my order and made my food was nice. Try them out ofr yourself.

I ❤️ supporting black owned businesses. I walked in to order my wings completely unsure of the flavor to choose as you have 30+ flavors. “Savion” took time to ask what I liked and gave some recommendations. I asked to make sure my wings were not crispy so the message was relayed to “Syd” and who is working in the back along with “Dreka”. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. And the music is old school R&B not that loud rap music. And they have kool-aid to wash down the wings!

We came in close to closing and they assisted us with a smile, were very funny interacting with us. This was our first time here and we’ll definitely be back. The chicken was very good and the selection was great. We look forward to coming back and trying new flavors. Keep up the great work staff.

When I walked in there the guy taking the orders seemed so pleasant. When I say I will never ever come back to this place I mean just that. So they didn’t have the exotic drink (4.99) I ordered that’s fine so I said can I replace it with a family fry (4.99) she said sure. I know that’s not a family sized fry! How can we support each other when we act the way that we do. The manager or whoever she is need a to realized your energy is what sets the tone. GROW UP or GO HOME customer service is EVERYTHING!
