I tried this place for the first time tonight. I am not usually someone who likes new things, but I was really impressed by the size and tastiness of the food here. I ordered the 5 piece tenders combo with honey mustard and bbq on the side. I also asked for the fries to be made without salt and pepper. Although the fountain drink was on the small side compared to other restaurants, the chicken tenders were large and juicy! I was very impressed. I could only eat 3. The fries were the consistency I liked too. The style of the honey mustard wasn’t to my taste (probably just a personal preference), but the bbq sauce was very good. The service was fantastic as well!!! I would definitely come back again when I feel like chicken.

Not sure if this was a bad night (1/9) for this business or what, but my food was not good at all. I picked up, so the food was hot and fresh, but that’s about the only “good” thing. The boneless wings were way overcooked, dry, and difficult to bite into. The fries taste like they’ve been cooked in old grease. The cake was hard and incredibly dry. I love to support new and small businesses, but unfortunately this was not it.

We tried just a little of everything, both wings and waves! The whitefish sandwich was delish- and the wings flavors, cooked to order, were tangy, spicey and delicious!! Our service was kind and professional and the order came out hot and fresh. The space was clean and the ordering process easy.

My first visit I ordered the 6pc whole wings w/garlic butter sauce and a side order of fries. The wings were fried golden with a light crisp. I dipped them in that garlic butter sauce and let me tell yal…when I took a bite, the flavor was so delicious! The menu items are cooked to order so expect a minimum wait time of 12-15 minutes depending on how much food you order.
There is an option to provide your cell number if you choose. You will receive a text when your order is ready.
I highly recommend! I will be back Wings & Waves. Thanks for great service and good food!

The wings are fairly big. They were fried perfectly, wasn’t dry, and sauced up nicely. The customer service is excellent, he called me before hand to let me know how much longer the order was going to be.

The food was a bit mixed. We placed an online order hoping for faster service, but it ended up taking longer because of a mix-up. The fries were definitely not my favorite; they tasted like the oil needed to be changed. However, the wings were a highlight. They were well-seasoned, crispy, and incredibly hot. We tried both lemon pepper and Cajun flavors.
The prices are much better than most wing places. It’s a grab-and-go spot with a few chairs inside for waiting, but there’s no place to sit and eat.
Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try.

WOW – this food is unreal. Tried boneless wings, traditional wings, chicken sandwich, catfish, fries, fried pickles, funnel cake fries, jalapeño bites, shrimp, and TONS of sauces and everything was incredible! It’s hard to pick a favorite but the hot lemon pepper was insane. The funnel cake fries were like nothing I’ve ever had before and I can’t stop thinking about them. It was fast and hot, and everything is cooked to order. The team was sooo nice and had some great recommendations. Will 100% be ordering from here again! Thank you Wings & Waves!

I stopped by Wings & Waves in Kentwood and was pleasantly surprised! The catfish was cooked perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside. The chicken sandwich hit the spot. Everything tasted fresh and was made to order. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving some good comfort food!

VERY tasty wings! We had Caribbean Jerk, Cajun dry rub, Sweet Chili and Garlic Parm. All were big, meaty drummies and flats. The jalapeño bites were amazing too!
