The food at Wings To Go was good as expected—the buffalo tossed shrimp was great, the tenders were solid, and the pickle fries were actually fantastic. But honestly, the service was so unprofessional it ruined the whole vibe. While we were literally in the middle of placing our order with the cashier, another employee who was late showed up with a bag of Bojangles for him. She interrupted our ordering twice—once to give him the food and again to show him pictures of a car wreck she saw.
It didn’t stop there. This same employee was on her phone almost the entire time we were eating, talking loudly on the floor and even taking other people’s orders without hanging up her call. When she wasn’t on the phone, she was complaining loudly to the guy at the front about wanting to quit her other job at a gas station. It was just a constant stream of negative energy and personal drama.
Once the service fell off, we started noticing everything else was a mess too. Our table and both chairs were super wobbly. All the sodas at the fountain were either flat or out of syrup, so the lemonade was the only thing you could actually drink. My friend also said the men’s room was pretty dirty. Based on how bad the dine-in experience was and the state of the building, this place really only should be for to-go orders. The kitchen is doing their job, but the front of house is a total train wreck.

The wings are terrible. I truly dont understand why this place gets good reviews. The wings are a 2/10 at best. Also, they are extremly greasey including the fries. The prices are fair but I won’t be coming back. Alot of reviews claim the wings are the best in town, but compared who? I am usually not a harsh critic but dang. The garlic parmesan wings were awful, they completely lacked the garlic flavor and it seemed as though they sprinkled parmesan on top.

The best bone-in wings and buffalo shrimp that I have ever had. All of their food is ridiculously delicious, but if you are a wings person, I recommend the Caribbean Jerk seasoning on the bone-in wings. It has just the right amount of zing and spices to clear your sinuses.

I ordered the fried fish for lunch thru DoorDash. It was undercooked. I called the store and they said they couldn’t issue a refund, but if I brought it back they could remake my order. I let them know I couldn’t leave from work and if the food was cooked properly there wouldn’t be a need for a refund. I’m never eating there again!

I’ve been a customer for this Wings to Go for 10+ years now. Now I’m a huge wing critic because my family founded Beauregard’s here in Huntsville, and I must say that if there’s one thing this restaurant has is consistency. I always get the same 10pc combo (with Xhot usually, their regular hot sauce isn’t very hot at all) with cheese fries every time I come in and it is just as good as the last. These guys will never let you down. I will say though, the service isn’t as on par as it used to be. The guy on the register is usually just looking at his phone and isn’t very talkative, but that may just be me. Though, everyone else excels at their job. I wouldn’t consider these the absolute best wings in Huntsville (my vote goes to crickets ATM), but for the price you consistently get a solid deal. Keep up the great work W2G!!
