Attitude with men working front area, the only nice person In the store was an older man who cooked me a steak with very little meat. Not worth the money, the women just as bad. Their wings are usually awesome. However, one day I ordered and requested that the wings be fried hard, as I always request. It was never a problem in the past. I repeated my request twice on the phone. When I went to pick them up, I checked to see if they were cooked as I asked. They weren’t and the owner was rude and refused to cook them as I requested. I told her I didn’t want them & left. I haven’t been back since & I’m very disappointed because they were my favorite place for wings.

The staff all have terrible attitudes. They have poor etiquette when it comes to taking orders over the phone as well. The woman barely understands god bless her soul but maybe have one of the people who can understand English a little better take calls… not to mention they were rude to my friend who just wanted new wings because his were undercooked. I wish I could give 0/5 honestly. (Sorry for the run-on sentences)

The chicken tenders are inedible, they are stringy and lacking any flavor, wet yet dry at the same time. The sauces are either tasteless or just heat. Got hot and extra hot… The mozzarella sticks were cooked fine I guess, but the “sauce” given with those, looks and tastes like slightly watered down tomato puree, I get it’s not an Italian place but they make those sealed little plastic containers of red sauce in em, C’mon.. Very unhappy with this meal and doubt I’ll ever be going back. Oh the salad is huge, and the lettuce is fine. That’s good, right?
