Yeah, that was pretty disappointing. I’ve heard so many good things about this place, but my experience didn’t live up to the hype. I ordered medium hot Buffalo wings and dry Cajun-rubbed wings, but what I got were plain fried wings that were supposed to be Buffalo. The Buffalo sauce was so oily it wouldn’t even stick to the dried wing, and the Cajun wings were so heavily seasoned they were practically inedible.
The staff in the front were good to go. Thanks for letting me try.

Placed an order for pickup for their wings as this business is relatively close to my job. Employee answered and was polite and courteous and helpful with my ordering. Picked it up at the time requested for exchange on time. Went to eat my wings and they were hard, dry, and definitely not the right sauce I had ordered. I feel like the wings were still frozen before being deep fried. The texture consistency had signs of that. It’s a shame because I would’ve been repeat business but I don’t do second chances especially when it was a poor first experience

I recently visited Wings Suds and Spuds and had another fantastic experience. I ordered the hot garlic Parmesan wings and an order of curly fries with cheese. The wings were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat. The curly fries are always great. As always, the service was excellent, with the waitresses being attentive and friendly. The bar is always showing the game. Wings Suds and Spuds never disappoints!

So good. Everything. The fried mushrooms.. provolone sticks.. the fresh cut curly fries with cheese were awesome! Our table had a variety of wings so we could share. Honey garlic, honey mustard, dry seasoned wings (with their special seasoning), wet Cajun wings, hot buffalo and mild buffalo. Their ranch dressing is the best ever! Great service.

This is the best chicken wing establishment in the Pittsburgh area, hands down. Although the picture isn’t pretty, it shows the aftermath of devouring wings and their most excellent curly fries. Plus some leftovers which will reheat nicely for a secondary snack.

Stopped here on an overnight leaving out of PIT. Do NOT MISS THIS PLACE! The best wings you will ever eat! We had Sriracha w/cajun dust and Garlic Parm. Great mix of sauces and the staff were very welcoming! What a great neighborhood restaurant/bar!

My family and I have eaten here many times. Great wings. They cook them so they are a little crispy but not dry, which I love. They also have killer hot pepper cheese balls.

Highly recommend if you want some comfort/tavern food and a few beers.

The wings were cooked perfectly, nice and crispy. The sauce tasted really good but didn’t stick to the wings. The sauce was so thin it just laid in the bottom of the basket. The fries were okay. Price was high.

I got stuck in Pittsburgh because the flight was cancelled. So I grabbed a room at the DoubleTree. I needed a place to eat within walking distance and didn’t want a chain restaurant.

I looked at Google Maps and Wings Suds and Spuds grabbed my attention. And I’m so glad I tried it out.

The fries were fresh cut and cooked perfectly. So good! They have a nice selection of sauces for their wings. I had mild, which were not hot at all. The blue cheese was tasty. And there is a nice selection of beer on tap. (They had just tapped an Oktoberfest!!)

Plus, the service was personable and friendly.

Kept hearing these where the best wings in Pittsburgh but to be honest buffalo wild wings is better bang for your buck than this place.

The price was ludicrous, came out to $30 for 16 wings after tip. This is fine if we’re getting jumbo wings but they are closer to wing dings than actual wings.

On top of this they were completely overcooked and the meat that was there was dry and hard. Crispy wings are awesome, but only when theres enough meat to actually get a somewhat decent bite.

The other aspect which was disappointing was the sauce. It was so watery that the sauce just ends up pooling on the plate and completely running off the wings.

Service was fine, but you’ll probably have a better wing experience at primantis across the street.
