Food is ok. I think The young guy who’s answering the phone to take orders Should lock in better To avoid messing up people’s orders again. When i got there my wing flavor wasn’t what i ordered. My meal was a combo that came with fries. My mom asked him over the phone to make the Fries that comes with a combo Cajun ranch flavored but upsize them as the large. Instead We got charge for the combo, and in addition a separate order of large Cajun ranch fries, which is a $4-5 charge. The lady of front was nice And helpful in regards to getting my wigs flavored fixed! She did great.

This was by far my worst experience. I called in my order. Told me 15 minutes. I get there & order not ready. The entire time wings were just sitting in a bowl on the counter (probably from when I called in). A fly or anything could of gotten into it. They were cold & hard as if they refried them. Fries were cold. Cashiers not pleasant. One just sitting down on her cell phone. The young guy that took my order over the phone was too busy giving his friends free food/drink. I didn’t get any silverware. Yeah the afternoon shift is going to cause an issue.

First time eating here. Had take our. Ordered 15 piece traditional wings (garlic parmesean wet, garlic pepper and lemon pepper) with cajun ranch fries. We also ordered 8 whole wings (lemon pepper and garlic parmesean wet) with jalapeño bombers. The lemon pepper seasoning was good. The wet garlic parmesean was “ok”. The jalopeno bombers were not good to me. It was just deep fried cream cheese. Perhaps if the cheese was different it would taste better. Experience was ok. Not great…. not bad.

The 10 lemon pepper wings were delicious. The problem was I placed my order at least 30 minutes before I arrived and they had no knowledge of the order. The lady was nice about it but they still took a while to get it ready, my okra and fries were cold and they gave me tartar sauce instead of the blue cheese that I paid extra for. I went back in and the young lady seemed to be annoyed.. I drove all the way from Roebuck just to be disappointed by the wait time and service.

Its a gamble going here! It’s a hit or miss and today was a miss! They are starting to play with our money. I ordered a 2 piece catfish only with a drink. Total was 8.79!!! Damn near 9.00 for THIS! how can you just serve someone this. They have to do better. Unacceptable.

They never miss with the cajun ranch fries and the sauced up tenders. My boyfriend enjoys this place too. I love coming here. I didn’t like the fish sandwich or burger but that’s just me.

My food has been hot & fresh consistently. The employees are nice. I’d love to give 5 stars but they’ve been out of potato salad for about 2-3 weeks. Just take it off the menu if it’s unavailable.
