I ordered the 20 piece lemon pepper wing only. I got home and opened the box, I could not believe what the wings looked like. They were super small and had been fried way too hard. They were also dark as if the grease was old. They were nasty. I paid $22 for this mess and was so disappointed. If it weren’t for it being later in the evening and me being tired I would have taken them back. I will make sure that from here on out I open the wings and look at them before I take them home and I advise everyone else to do the same. Total waste of money!!

This place use to be so good! Seems like since the guy left everything has went to crap. Fries greasy with no salt, wings aren’t as flavorful. Customer service sucks. Then it’s like they know it sucks cause at the bottom of the receipt it says no refunds after they’ve served u trash!

I paid $14 for this and it was the worst lunch I’ve had in a long time!! The fries were cooked until there was no potatoes left and looked as if they were cooked in fish grease. They don’t give refunds and have attitudes when asked to remake the food since there is a no refund or exchange policy so my money literally went down the drain. I used to come here often but now I will not patronize this restaurant at all because the past few times have all been horrible. Also if the fries were edible the portion size is horrible for $14. The wings tasted as if they were left over from the previous day. Since they don’t offer refunds or remakes 10/10 Don’t recommend!

I’ve eating here for years, my last 2 visits the food has gone down hill big time. It looks and taste old, maybe double cooked, porkchop smelled so bad I didn’t even try to eat it. The owner is a great guy, he needs to help this store SOON!

Customer service and food is horrible! They charge you damn near a $1 for no ice. The food is bad quality and overpriced! I ordered a 6 piece with Cajun ranch fries and it looks like one of my wings are half eaten and the wings are burnt to hell! After I left the restaurant and checked my order I noticed it and they refused to give me my money or a replacement until I bring the food back and I’m on the other side of town now. The cashier Ara was very rude on the phone. Will not be returning!!! Wing stop and American deli are in the same area and offer better customer service and better quality food for the price. Do not support this horribly ran business!!!

We’ve been coming to this location since they opened. Left the state and visit whenever we come home and still love it. Great food great people. Although my husband and I believe their chicken got smaller but they were still good.

It’s cheap, which is great. You get what you pay for. Sadly, I wasn’t even able to eat my meal it was so bad. The mild wings are water and ketchup poured over a mediocre chicken wing. If you’re looking for a cheap meal, you’ll have better luck at McDonald’s.

Was given a subpar salad that included 3 of the 7-8 ingredients listed, then was ignored when attempting to place a call for some assistance. Disappointed to say the least because this is definitely not the quality or service that I’d expected. 2 stars because everyone else seemed happy with their orders.
