I’ve always had a good experience here. The tenders are crispy and I like to get the sauce on the side. Their cookies are unexpectedly fantastic. And I like getting a little buttered bun on the side. I place my order ahead of time on the app and it’s always hot and ready to go.

Wings Over Lowell used to be one of my go-to spots. Their wings used to stand out from every other place in the area—juicy, crispy, and tossed in legitimately great sauce. You could tell the chicken was different in a good way, and the sauces always hit. Their waffle fries were also elite and paired perfectly with the wings.
Unfortunately, the quality has fallen off hard.
The wings now taste like something from a generic low-end restaurant—dry, not crispy, and covered in a mediocre sauce that barely coats half the wing. They’ve also swapped out their awesome waffle fries for plain crinkle-cut fries, which don’t come close to the old ones in flavor or texture.
The final blow was the blue cheese. They used to have a great Wings Over–branded blue cheese that matched the wings perfectly. Now they use generic Ken’s/Kraft, and the quality just isn’t there at all.
I’m not sure if they changed ownership or what, but the place just isn’t the same. Overall, it feels like corners were cut across the board, which is a shame for a spot that used to be one of the best.

I ordered 5 wings the cook had the nuts to serve me cold wings. After i paid for the meal and waited 12 minutes for my food i asked the guy atbthe register if my meal came with dipping sauce he said No thats extra i was so annoyed then i sat down to eat my meal i was starving my chicken was cold i was always told to eat the meal i was surved by my parents so i ate the chicken cold after words i asked for a full refund or 5 new hot pices of chicken Carlos was a punk and said No not after eating the food so i tild him the customer is always right and that he was working on his 5 star rating.
As long as Carlos works there i will never go back there what a waist of $8.00 bucks.

Paid $17 for a 10 piece chicken nugget That they called chicken tender… it’s crazy how low the quality fell compared to when Got first started .. Even Service Below par.. I used love this place .. Now I wouldn’t recommend it to a my enemy .. never been to jail, but probably the closest thing to it! Wish I could’ve added a photo, but I threw it away before I could take a picture. eeewww!
