1. The person who packs up the to go orders does an amazing job! Most places just throw your stuff in a bag, this place has it all nicely wrapped up like a boutique store.
2. Very generous proportions! The tenders were pretty big and we got plenty of fries. We also got plenty of ranch and the sauce cups were wide enough to dip the tenders.
3. The tenders were AMAZING. Super moist and not overly breaded.
4. The guy who took my order was very nice. Honestly, everybody here deserves a raise.
My one complaint is that the garlic parmesan isn’t all that garlicy or parmesany. It was still delicious though and I will get it again!

They have recently changed how they do boneless wings. The previous boneless wings were the size of a chicken tender. Now they’re just regular size like every other wing spot in town.

If you try and place an order through DoorDash or UberEats there’s a good chance they’re gonna let a non driver take it and claim it was already picked up to your assigned driver. They told my originally assigned delivery driver that my order was picked up at the exact time it was placed. I called and they told me it was picked up 10 minutes after it was placed You can see their receipts from the counter so it’s easy to claim you’re a driver and call out a name as they don’t verify the screen. This has happened to me twice now. I doubt my order was ready within 10 minutes because the wait time was listed as 40+ minutes. The store employee I spoke with when I called would not even listen to what I had to say and reiterated that the order was picked up by someone immediately after it was ordered. So if you’re gonna use em get carry out because their delivery through DD or UE is spotty and worst of all, the don’t seem to care when you don’t get your order.

Ordered from them and the chicken was raw! They did ask if I wanted them to make it over or refund I chose the refund! Now they aren’t giving me my money back and I have to wait 10 days to dispute it with my bank!

Came here a couple times always ordered the jumbo. Last time I went I ordered a jumbo and got incredibly small wings way smaller than my last orders. Feel like I got violated considering I paid $20+ for them. Posted a picture these aren’t “jumbo wings”

Family Pack. 4 tender and 20 pieces boneless and received only 17. Told fries were included but, charged for fries and one of the ranch dressing had mold in it. I’ve ordered from there numerous times before but, quality has gone down.
