The staff is very nice. Wings and fries are delicious. Please bring back the student deal and healthier drink options. I bring my young boys in all the time and I don’t wanna have to buy unhealthy soda. Popi sodas will be a great option to carry.

We tried boned in and boneless wing with different sauces. The bones in wings were alright. The boneless wings were extremely chewy. Given the cost of the wings, the best part of meal was ranch.The wings didn’t have any crispiness and were not cooked well. Overall, this was a real disappointment and I would not recommend this place.

I just ordered a 3 pack combo with fries and the sauce on the tenders was not applied. It was honey mustard 3 pack with regular fries. What I received was sauce less tenders and fries kind of disappointed with the service.

lets get the easy part out of the way, the food is good, taste great, hot and fresh. workers there are nice, they are good with holding back their frustration and anger, willing to try their best to work with you. but that’s where the problem is, people there today has order range from days ago to same day since morning, including myself. everyone showed up to be told they are hours behind their orders. people get their wing for the kick off and you expect them to not get food until after the superbowl? and there is nothing they can do other than offering you refund to cancel. people need to understand refunding money is not going to solve a problem with family gathering ruinied, people end up with no dinner, party with no food. if there is a problem with the system fix it, if it’s planning issue, put limitation and make sure people get their food on time. lots of room to improve but it was not a pleasant experience. oh did i mention this whole time the worker and kitchen staff is dealing with the customer’s anger but where is the manager? no idea, no one got to talk to the manager. once again shout out to the worker that worked hard try to handle the angry customer including myself to get my food out as fast as the cook can make them, obviously I got lucky, i got my food. but many didn’t. and it’s not the worker’s fault, manager need to step up. i will continue to order from this place, and i wish it will get better.

Super skimpy portions! Been ordering for 25 years. Whatbhas happened! Used to be done by weight now it’s by tender=Talk about shrinkflation!!!! Extra sauce containers for $2.5 a pop barely half full and tenders are super small and some are broken in half and counted as two! Should have been 24 tenders and it’s was the smallest portion I have ever gotten!!! 110 bucks for 50 bucks worth of food. At least it was good!!!

I made an order for Superbowl about a week in advance for a 6:00 PM pickup. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, they said that they just started on the 4:15 PM orders. There was a huge crowd waiting for their food. They said the 6:00 PM orders may be started on in about an hour, so I decided to wait at the store. 7:15 PM comes along, and they quoted yet another hour. I was upset but decided to stay. The half time show just ended when they finished with my order. I missed most of the Superbowl with my family. There were about 25-30 orders on the wall that weren’t picked up by people. It would have been better if the workers just worked on the orders for the people who were currently at the store. So ultimately, I was there the entire time, and no apologies from corporate were made. The front staff barely made an apology, and only offered to cancel my order when it was already far too late to order food from anywhere else. I love Wings Over, but this was egregiously mishandled. And no one at the store was offered any kind of compensation to the customers.

I places a 100$+ order for Superbowl Sunday. I did not receive my order and did not receive any communication about the order getting cancelled.
Next morning I went to the store and they mentioned that around 100 orders were not delivered and that someone will get in touch with us about the same.
I have still not received any communication about the screw up .. and any acknowledgement of the same

Every tender is pink in the middle and most are pink throughout. Not the first time I’ve paid $20+ for wings and gotten raw food from wings over. Considering it’s more often raw than cooked, safe to say this was my last time coming to wings over. Undercooked chicken is extremely dangerous, disgusting.

This place is atrocious. I ordered wings a week in advance for a 6 PM delivery (Directly from their webpage) for a large Super Bowl party. Given this was a large order as I was having 20 people over I confirmed my order at 12:30 in the afternoon and they acknowledged it would be here by 6. No one ever showed and Wings over Framingham did not pick up their phone or respond to text messages. Will never order from them again.

Ordered for Super Bowl. 6:00 pickup. Arrived at 6:00 and they hadn’t fulfilled their orders for people that had a 4:15 pickup. Zero communication from staff. Zero apologies from corporate. Refunded one order and now I’m chasing them to refund the other order. A day before they were still emailing everyone to get their orders in as time slots will filling up fast. Great example of corporate greed.
