My absolute favorite place to grab a quick bite to eat. Quick. Reliable. Great customer service. I’ve never had a bad meal from this place. I’ve never had a bad experience with the owners. They remember faces, and they treat their customers like a restaurant in the community should. My wife and children would agree with me 100%. 10 out of 10. “Here’s a cup for you, boss.” Extra points for being considerate. Hidden Gem.

I must say with the many wing restaurants to choose from in the area I.e touchdown , American deli, Zaxbys ECT. This place wins hands down due to the AMAZING customer service that you won’t get anywhere else! The white guy that works there (I don’t know his name) is ALWAYS in a good mood and his positive energy is infectious, he’s super fast! He makes everyone feel welcomed from the little old ladies to the barbers next door, He’s just amazing at putting a smile on every customers face. He even knows what the customers order and what condiments they prefer. If something is incorrect he goes above and beyond to make the customer happy! If there was ever a class offered on customer service, he would be teaching it!

Well, I have to keep it real. I was in the parking lot of the plaza before 11:00am. The food smelled really good and they were the only ones open other than Krogers. I went in and ordered wings. I really want to say they were worth the money because the customer service was awesome. But! The wings were the size you used to get on 25 cents wings night and they tasted like they were leftovers from the night before. The flavor was good but that’s way too much to pay for a 10 piece of 25 cents wings and fries.

This spot has definitely become my go to wing spot the past few years. In Atlanta, wing spots are a dime a dozen but not all of them can deliver both good food AND exceptional service. In addition to my fave items (honey hot wings, chicken cheesesteak or Philly egg rolls) I keep coming back for the way the staff treats their customers. Always make sure they get your order correct and they’re super kind.

They are the best! Sometimes the cook might be off but they always hear out the customers and try to resolve any issues that may arise. Food is great, the drinks are great and the price is excellent for the amount of items you get, especially the combos!

We have lived in Decatur, GA for five months now and Wings N Grill is close by so we decided to give their restaurant a try. We were not disappointed! My wife and I each ordered the chicken tender with six-piece wings combo meal. The combo meal is served with fries and a drink.
We paid extra to have our chicken tenders covered in one of the wings flavors. My wife ordered teriyaki sauce on her chicken tenders and honey BBQ sauce on her wings. I like things on the hot side, so I asked the gentleman taking our order for a flavor with heat and sweet. He recommended their honey hot flavor. It was fantastic!
The staff is very friendly, the chicken tenders were tender, the wings were crispy, and as you can see in the photo, the serving of fries is very generous. We highly recommend you try Wings N Grill soon. We are glad we did and we are going back soon.

The customer service is A1. They are not stingy lol! The owner forgot to get his name is A1. The food always hot fresh and yummy. I love the honey hot. I will try something else next time. The rice is different I think they use jasmine rice but it’s okay. The egg rolls are smaller than I like but ohhh so good with the yum yum sauce. I’m not a fan of yum sauce but theirs it really good. You can’t go wrong with the Peach lemonade!
