This place is a definite hole in the wall…I had to make their Yelp page lol. But I digress…
If you want crunch…if you want taste and zest…if you want heat or sweetness in your wings…if you want the best quality for the best prices on wings in town…stop by!
This place keeps it simple…bone-in or boneless wings. They have about 10 sauces total…no need for more honestly. They have dry and wet options… my personal faves are their Original Hot and Lemon Pepper. But the winner for me is they let you combine them…if you enjoy the heat from Original Hot and love the Zest of Lemon Pepper…why not combine both? You don’t have to order half and half…they give you the order mixed. Such a simple idea but I’ve yet to see a local wings place do that option. Genius!
The prices are just right… currently, some places charge about $14 for 10 wings…here you can order Family packs…one example is 20 wings for $18, comes with large fries and 2 soda cans.
The cook on the wings are perfect…nice and crispy. I have ordered plenty of times from here and have yet to get a bad cook on them. They’re nice and plump…. there’s no breading on it nor are they just bone.
The ONLY knock is the location. Did I mention it’s a hole in the wall? They have about 4-5 tables…an oscillating fan, and a TV playing music. It’s not meant to hold large groups. Get it to go…the wings are freshly made so even on a 10 min drive home, the wings are still nice and hot when you bite into them.
STILL 5 stars…no doubt! If you have no clue where Alton is, enter the location and find this place. The wings are a definite diamond in the rough for the local businesses.

0 stars if I could. 3 times in a row I’ve made an order and the girl in the front messes it up. First she completely forgot to even make it, then I get there and they tell me oh we ran out of chicken but never mentioned anything over the phone when the order was placed, then on a different occasion they made a slob of wings asked for 2 different flavors and they just mixed them both and called it a day. Honestly never coming back, too many chances and it’s insane how unprofessional and unclean the place is. Don’t waste your money here

For the price, this place is great. The fries are ok, nothing special, if anything, they lacked a better seasoning and maybe more time in the fryer to get them more crispy.
The wings I got were awesome, crispy and full of flavor. I got lemon pepper wings, and volcanic wings. Volcanic is super spicy, but really good with a very unique flavor that just fits the RGV culture, ask to sample the volcanic if you’re not sure how hot you can handle.
The lemon pepper wings were perfectly crispy, great texture, and full of flavor. I personally would have loved them to have more lemon pepper seasoning though.
The ranch dip was good, I don’t dip wings in ranch, I only use it for the fries.
And again, for the price, I don’t think I’ve had better wings. Sure there’s places with better fries, or better dipping sauce, but not wings.

A+ WOW Shocked at this hidden gem! Only came here because of the reviews and to try something out different.ordered the 10 piece bone in wings (mild) and let me tell you the wings were extremely good.the wing size was not large but not small,average size, plenty of sauce and the wings individually had very little fat or fatty skin which was good. the price was awesome too! $7.99 was not bad and drew me in. the food was hot and the staff was friendly. will defiantly highly recommend this place for wings. i’ll be back!

Man, this restaurant was really great. It might be a hole in the wall, but it carries a lot of quality with their wings. I ended up getting the lemon pepper and the garlic parmasian bone-in wings with fries, buffalo sauce, and a can of soda while my friend got their mango habenero boneless wings with fries and a can of arizona tea. We both ordered the 10 piece combo for 10.59, which is pretty good of the price. In terms of the taste, this place had very good lemon pepper wings, with a lot of pepper and lemon flavor within the salty chicken. The garlic parmasian though, those were the best garlic paramasian wings Ive had, as they had that nice cheese flavor with that strong garlic taste within as well. The buffalo wad quite good, as it had a nice heat level without being too overbearing. The fries were great, they were crispy, salty, and thick. The one thing I can say for the food is that it did have fresh oil, so it was quite better as a result. The cashiers/servers were nice as they helped us out when we needed it. Finally, be warned that if you are eating inside, it is quite small, so you will have to be lucky. Overall, this was a awesome restaurant and I would highly recomend it. I will have to come back soon.

2. No soap i. Dispenser….informed clerk he comes with large Dawn dish soap
container …& I’m sitting in booth asks if I
want sonw soap…I tell him to fill wall soap dispenser first, that I’ll get it from there… goes inside RR & comes out saying unable to open wall dispenser so he pours a large amount of soap onto my hands. I hate using a large amount as that much soap stays on hands…
3.Bathroom is filthy.
