Wings have always been good but never come during a rush. I called ahead to order, they said an hour. I arrive after the hour had passed, paid, and then thats when they actually put your order in. I waited another 30 minutes before canceling my order. I ordered 10 regular and 10 boneless with the same sauce. After waiting 30 minutes I asked how many orders ahead of mine, 8 people were still ahead of me. Again the wings are good but they really need to have a better system for popular days. A lot of people were pissed inside waiting.
I understand about superbowl Sunday, thats why I didnt say anything when I arrived. I waited the extra 30 mins but when the young man said there were still 8 orders ahead me, I decided to cancel. If my order was ready when i was canceling, why didn’t anyone say anything? There were other people that came in after me and left before me. I will be back because the wings are good but on high volume days, there has to be better communication. Thank you for your response

I’ve been to Wings & More three times within one week! Friday, then again Tuesday and Thursday. The wings are just that good, definitely worth it.
Brooke has been our server, and she is warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Lunch time can get really busy and fast-paced, but she comes through with genuine customer service and doesn’t miss a beat. Our order is always on point, and she serves everything with a delightful smile.
On one visit, I was unsure of what flavor of wings to order, and Brooke gave me her suggestion, it was a keeper. I truly appreciated that.
I also want to thank the chefs for consistently making my wings tasty and prepared just the way I request them. That consistency keeps me coming back.

I have been ordering here for years , and request my food the same . I asked for my fries soft instead i received uncooked fries which means the potato inside the fries was hard . Everyone looked at me like I was a chicken with my head cut off . The cook is yelling at the server like he’s upset he have to remake it .. The server states to me that’s how the fries come when you request soft so you are telling me you serve uncooked fries ? She goes on to say if they re due the order of fries it’s going to come with color ! What’s funny I requested soft fries which means not crispy never stated I wouldn’t want fries without browning on them .. So i decided to ask for a refund since the cook is upset the server go on to say that’s the best option. Instead of trying to understand for future reference they rather refund it which I preferred I don’t need anyone upset making my food .

First time visit to this establishment after hearing it mentioned a few times. Today we went and honestly they were understaffed. Our waiter, I forget his name, Blonde guy , maybe of russian or european descent. This dude was killing it, running around helping alot of people really keeping everything afloat honestly. He gave me the feel of being somewhere much nicer, really elevated the place. The food was good, solid burger and excellent wings. The fries were really soft and oily but I was about full anyhow. Atmosphere was alright, some lady was fighting with her baby daddy on the phone so it was a dinner and a show situation.

Awesome service dining in!! Love our waiters and waitresses!! A must goto for wings. Burgers are awesome, blue cheese and carrots/celery are always fresh. Love the curley fries! Crispy and fresh.

I was in last week . Brooke is one of my favorites also.. I just read last review she is the best . The whole staff is really nice. The changes that have been made inside are really nice. Plus this is the cleanest place always.i think the wings are the best wings me and my family have ever had.

Ordered hot wings, they were super fast! House made blue cheese was very delicious (I’m picky). My only gripe is that the wings weren’t really that hot and I love hot wings. Seasoned curly fries were also good but nothing special.

OMG!!!!! I have found my NEW! Wing spot! The wings were fresh! The place was cleaned and I had the SWEETEST person host me (Brooke), I told her this was my first time and she made me feel right at home!! Talk about exceptional customer service. If you love wings like I do and appreciate a clean “friendly” atmosphere than make your way to wings n more!!!
