This is a place that has amazing food, but the experience of picking up is always a nightmare. The parking lot always has sketchy characters lurking around and the inside of the restaurant is often chaotic and uncomfortable, with usually a line of delivery driver waiting for their orders. I know the restaurant is making enough money to hire more cooks, but I feel like the guy who is in charge. Just refuses to relinquish that kind of power or split the money with somebody else. Early enough that type of control is probably hurting the business from expanding more. I’ve had to choose less quality food that was more convenient because I don’t appreciate having to wait an hour and a half to have it delivered or waiting up to 45-60 minutes. Just want to be ready for pick up, every time without exception.

I had the chicken and shrimp hibachi and it was a bit underwhelming. The rice did not taste fried at all. The chicken tasted mediocre but the shrimp was fine. If I decide to go back, I will try their wings but I won’t be getting the hibachi again

Absolute garbage hibachi. If this is your idea of “aMaZiNg” food, you’ve never had good hibachi. Greasy, soggy, and generally bad tasting.

Food here was amazing!! Definitely recommend calling ahead and placing your order to make it easier on yourself. Food is totally worth the wait and money.

Went here for the first time and ordered the chicken hibachi meal. The lady said a 15 minute wait and it turned to 35 minutes while watching people who just ordered get their food automatically. Chicken was fatty, vegetables and onions were raw, not cooked and hard. Super greasy and unseasoned. It had so much oil the supposed to be white hibachi rice looked like yellow rice and taste like it too. 2/10

To start off with something positive the restaurant was clean and the lady was super nice. I didn’t like the white sauce or the rice, but the shrimp was cooked perfect. The white sauce was sweet and too thick. The rice tasted more like Chinese fried rice than the traditional hibachi rice I’m used to. I will eat here again just order something different.

Placed order online. Order was not ready. After waiting an extra 20 minutes, I checked my order when I got in the car. The packing of the order was sloppy. When I asked them to fix it they had poor customer service and had me wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it. I will not go back and I will make sure the people I associate with never go there. They need to learn better customer service when they are working with people of a different community. Don’t just take “our” money but learn how to be respectful and treat “us.”
