I’ve been here before and the food was decent enough to revisit. I went on a Sunday around 12 p.m. The gentleman at the counter was polite, though he seemed a bit tired…maybe it was still early. My food arrived hot, but the rice had an old refrigerator taste, the meat was cut into very large chunks (one piece even looked questionable), and the gravy lacked flavor. My son and I both agreed it wasn’t good and ate only a few bites. I didn’t call back…I just ended up throwing it away.

I moved to Detroit 8 years ago, and have struggled to find a good Chinese restaurant. Finally, I’ve found my go-to place!
I ordered the General’s chicken and cashew chicken, with chicken fried rice. The fried rice was cooked well, all of the ingredients were cooked well and it tasted great. I was delighted to find the General’s chicken was portioned well with each bite-size piece well coated in a delicious sauce, and the cashew chicken was delicious as well, with plenty of cashews and crunchy veggies.
Overall, I have no complaints. Everything was delicious! Now I know this place is good enough to try more of the menu. I feel great knowing I FINALLY have a go-to Chinese restaurant.

We haven’t eaten at Wings Gardens in many years and didn’t know it is carry out only now. We went there to dine and decided to order carry out since we were already there. And we’re so glad we did. The food was excellent! Everything was incredibly fresh and cooked to order. The portions were generous and the prices very fair. The Imperial fried rice was packed with large plump shrimp and the almond chicken was cooked to perfection with a brown sauce that was beautifully seasoned. As we waited for our order to be prepared, the influx of customers never stopped. We hope eventually customers will have the ability to dine-in. If people are willing to travel there and pick up their food, we can only imagine how well they will do if people are able to stay and eat. We look forward to ordering again!

I have been here before.This is the first time that the food was terrible. I had to throw the food away.Could not finish the food? I will not be going back there ever. The food had no taste. the egg rolls tastes like they were fried in old grease. I spent $35.00. Just a waste!!! I live to far to take it back. I’m getting ready to take some ginger capsules to settle my stomach.☹️☹️☹️

Horrible horrible! I understand there’s new ownership. This had been my go to for Chinese Food for a few years. However my experience yesterday was disgusting. The food quality was in the toilet. It was not fresh,it was a horrible presentation it was thrown together. It’s a disgrace to the name and reputation. Do not waste your money or time. I ordered online and it was not ready when it was promised! It was cold. Negative 10 stars!

Pretty good. I got the Sweet n Sour Chicken meal added shrimp fried rice that a $2.50 upgrade. The shrimp are large size worth the price but the rice itself isn’t all that flavorful but the chicken makes up for it and it’s all white meat.

I went to Wings Garden yesterday and bought Beef and Broccoli with Fried Rice and the first bite the meat had a sour taste. I called to see if I could return the meal and get something else, mind you I told them that I am a long time customer. The person stated that no one else complained about the beef, what do they have to do with me? I said this once before that I would not return after I had a issue with some food from there after our area had a power outage, but I ate the cost because I should have known better than to go to a restaurant after a power outage. I asked him again so you’re not willing to replace my order? Silence

We got takeout: General Tso’s chicken, shrimp fried rice, and egg rolls. The food was fresh and hot. The Shrimp Fried Rice and General Tso was good but I would pass on the egg rolls. Overall the best Chinese around the area unless you want to go to Madison Heights.
