Worst place to get take out ever. Ordered a cowboy burger, and they put out at least a bottle of BBQ sauce on it. The bun was so soaking wet it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. They forgot to add all of the sauces for the other stuff we ordered as well.

Something has changed in the last week or two – the place used to be clean, the staff attentive, and food great! Now it’s dirty and poorly maintained the staff doesn’t seem to care enough to take your order, let alone follow up with you after they haphazardly throw your poorly cooked food on the table. I’m not sure what changed but its truly a disappointment. Will not come back.

My burger was great but the wings were overcooked very dark and hard to eat, we asked for a fresh set and they came out MOSTLY fresh there were still several very dark black over cooked or old or double fried wings visibly in the basket. The wing guy who has been here for 5 years is working to app station tonight was what we were told. Disappointed

The reason for 2 stars is because I really dislike shady dealings, dishonesty and straight up theft. I ordered Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Wedge Salad. It appears on the menu EXACTLY like that. The price is 9.99 on the menu. When I received my bill they charged 10.49 before any tax or other add-ons. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told it was basically a surcharge for the two sauces that are included in the meal description. If you’re going to charge 10.49 then put it on the menu that way. 50 cents, not a huge deal. Deceptive advertising and shady policies like this is theft. Lucky for this establishment, I am not a prosecutor because I would charge them with a count of petty theft for every one of these sales done this way. Check your bill if you go here. That extra 50 cents cost you a customer. I hope it gets you far.

Went during lunch and it wasn’t busy. Took a bit to get seated, and the server was not the friendliest. My fries were not crisp, and my chicken was slightly burnt. Might have just been an off day. Still a rather inexpensive lunch.

Am a regular at this restaurant, have had nothing but positive experiences except with the one bartender named Desiree. Have had multiple poor experiences with her but this time was beyond unprofessional. Met a few friends there for dinner and had only gotten a drink, my friend shook a cup of ice and the bartender voiced to other people that she was no longer serving our table. Needs to be fired or retrained because she always has poor customer service.

It’s $11.44 for 7 wings. $2.99 for each drink. A family of 4 will pay with tax and tip $70 to eat here. WHY??? For 7 wings and a drink, no sides at all? You’re crazy! I can get Texas Roadhouse steak dinners for 4 with 2 sides, endless dinner rolls and a drink for that price. I’m nobody’s fool and that why my family has eaten at your established exactly 1 time, just enough to find out it’s a ripoff!! No way!!
