It probably could have been a lot better but we were an overwhelming group for a new server and that’s the first issue. We had a group of 13 go in for a birthday celebration and the man who sat us ended up being our server and we new that he was nervous the second he started moving tables. We appreciate his confidence and with more experience he will probably be a good asset but someone with more experience should have stepped in and taken over our tables.
Our drinks took a lot longer to come out and the birthday girls dinner was wrong TWICE so she finally decided she didn’t want anything. Our nephew stepped in and went to a woman that knew her way around and to be fair she was great and accommodating but at hat point we were just ready to get our bill.
The food for the most part was good, with the exception of missed side dishes on a couple of plates, even though the wait was extensive. However the pulled pork nachos are not at all worth it when the lettuce more than doubles the pork portion.
The bloody Mary’s are really good!

Hannah our waitress was amazing. we went at 630 on a friday it wasnt really busy yet. We both had burgers a cowboy burger and the ugly burger. Loaded tots for appetizers and dr. Pepper. Food was done perfect and the speed at which it came out was great. We will be back the price for 2 ppl and a good tip was right in our budget. I cant wait to go back for wings

We were there 40 minutes sitting at table with no service. We had to ask the waiter to take our order. Once he took our order it took another 25 minutes to get drinks and other 30 minutes to get food. Order not complete. No silverware. They were not busy.

Poor food quality- hamburger tasted old and oil for onion rings presumably hasn’t been changed in some time. Restrooms….. the worst. On par with an old college town tavern- zero attention. Here’s the best part….. both men’s and ladies restroom were out of soap and paper towel?? Not sure how the staff that night washed their hands before preparing and serving our food? Atmosphere was nice and modern, restrooms- highly neglected.

The food is great – but absolutely don’t walk into the bathroom. It was probably the nastiest, least taken care of restroom I’ve ever walked in – inside a restaurant. The trash can’s in the women’s stalls were literally rusted out. The stall doors and floor were filthy and needs replaced badly. Then they tried to hide the filth by putting a cover over the drains to the sink and a plant on the counter. I can’t even put into words how disgusting it was…. In the same place food is served. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like

I am currently standing at the register waiting for anyone to stop. Four times the hostess ignored me. They think im with the door dash. Been literally 20 minutes. 45 since I ordered. FYI im not with any delivery service. And not coming back

Updated: Due to “Portion control” you hardly get any nacho cheese or bacon for loaded tots. Due to “portion control” you hardly get any sauce on your wings. Server was constanly interupting as we were trying to order. Server came back once and only comback for 20 min after i asked for more cheese and bacon…
BATHROOM SMELLED OF PEE SOOOO BAD LIKE SOMEONE HAD BEEN PEEING ON THE FLOOR FOR MONTHS AND WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY! Reminded me of a bad truck stop restroom
They keep saying they haven’t changed their beaded chicken (crispy), but it’s flat like the grilled. Even the menu has what looks like an actual chicken breast. Bone in wings are starting to look small like the other chicken place. Beer was skunk for over 5 dollars that shouldn’t happen. Over last few months it’s gone down hill.
