Super great service. We ordered on the app and time was accurate. I know it is “just” counter service but the employees are friendly, made sure we didn’t need anything else, etc. Treated it like a sit down restaurant.

99% of my orders over the last few months have been to-go. You’ll get better service at KFC down the street, no doubt. I’ve ordered from here multiple times as it is convenient to where I live but I won’t be back. Food is pretty good when it’s made right. I understand things get busy, but it’s one thing when you’re clearly being ignored & then you’re told “let me go check on it be right by” to get ignored. If I am ever in the mood for Wings Etc again, I’ll make the drive to Mishawaka.

Icky. We ordered carry out. The wings were obviously cooked in old oil. The meat tasted like what I can only describe as dirty. As I’m also sure that the chicken was cooked and refrigerated the day before, because it wasn’t tender like it should be. It was chewy, like it would be if it were reheated. The buffalo sauce was good though. Overall, it was an absolute waste of $30. Take note. When companies cut corners like this, they don’t stay in business very long.
