Walked in got seated right away as was only 3 other tables occupied. Waited 20 minutes and never even had a waitress even come over for drinks. Nor did anyone try and clean the table that was empty when we walked in. As walking out 3 employees all standing talking at the hostess stand.

I leave this review NOT to imply that it’s never been good, but in the past year the quality of food has went on decline. It’s been several occasions where I’ve tasted bitter fryer oil, in the nachos and in the Chicken Sandwich. Yesterday wasn’t like that but you can tell composition of this isn’t as outstanding as it used to be. Chicken patty is barely sauced, there’s two thick cut tomatoes instead of one adequately sized tomato. When i say these buffalo chicken sandwhiches were almost picture perfect 2024 and before….
I would definitely go to Wings Etc, but be weary of this location specifically. If you have the gas to get there, Plymouth Indiana’s location from what I remember was a very good experience

I ate at this establishment twice during my travel. For dinner I had the buffalo chicken wedge salad which didn’t look appealing but it was actually very tasty! Post gym, it was exactly what I needed.
The second time I went for lunch and I just had to have the wings but they were horrible. Tasted as if they were taken out of the freezer and fried from frozen with no seasonings or marinade then covered in sauce. There’s a sign that reads to send them back if not satisfied but I don’t think it was going to get any better.
My expectations for chicken wings (probably my favorite meal) were high given the name of this establishment.
Bacon ranch wedge was awesome

Oreo churros were just ok.

This is our second time stating in the area and eating here. The first time 2 yrs ago, the food was great but the service was very slow. I am happy to say it has gotten much better. We were in the area for 2 months and ate here twice. Both times where great. We had the garlic parm wings each time and they are delish! Will return when in the area again.

I’m assuming this location is short staffed currently. I came in last night to order an appetizer, wings and a beer. We sat at the bar and we’re greeted within 2-3 minutes so that was good. She got our beer order, checked out ID’s and had them back to us within 3-4 minutes. Again, no problem. We waited about 10-12 minutes before she came back to get our food order. I ordered 10 boneless wings WITH celery and blue cheese. What I got was 10 traditional wings, no blue cheese and no celery. She got the blue cheese no issue, but no celery was ever brought out. I’m a decent person so I didn’t throw a fit or send my food back, I just ate it. The wings tasted great but they’re hardly saucing the wings at all now. This place has gone downhill a smidge. I’m hoping maybe they can get staff up and work on their food quality a bit. The bartender/waitress was very sweet and kind. That definitely goes a long way. All in all it was a good place to have some quality time with family.

Crispy Chicken sandwhich was dry and old like a boot. Not crispy at all. Soggy on the outside and dry inside. Got fries with but i guess they are too cheap to give out more than 10 fries per person. I’ve gotten more fries in a small size from McDs. All hotwings are not created equal because ours were not good or tasty at all. Not recommended. Oh and let’s not forget the loud annoying music. Definately not kid friendly music. Total garbage.
