My family and I are frequent customers at this establishment, but I can assure you after tonight- we will never be back. For starters, we were here for over 3 hours. We only saw our waitress twice during this 3 hour waiting period. We asked to speak to the manager, and the manager is absolutely the rudest individual I have ever met in my ENTIRE life. She came to our table and proceeded to tell us everything we “did not” order, and then returned to the table and then told us our waitress failed to key it into the system. We FINALLY got all of our food, and then proceeded to wait an additional 45 minutes for someone to come back around to get checks. When we asked the manager if she was going to discount these checks for the 3 hr wait, and all of the mishaps, she said “absolutely not.” This is hands down the worst experience we have ever had with any establishment in Madisonville. Might I also add, they were not slammed. We were there before the massive storm of teenagers came in, and by the time we got our food, these teenagers in the party room were done eating. This is also where our waitress hung out for the duration of our time here. The whole experience was just incredibly sad.

it’s very rare i care enough to give a bad review let alone on google but experience and service was not okay at all. My fiancé and i walked and got seated decently quick, place seemed busy but not bad for a saturday night. Waitress took our drink orders came back 5min later with them and asked if we needed a minute and which we did so we said yes. waitress proceeded to wait 20 min to come back to the table and take our orders, she said she was busy and was working both sides of the restaurant, so i can halfway understand having restaurant/fastfood experience myself but we noticed her behind the bar talking a good bit and also helping herself to a fair bit of drinks herself. food came out, decently quick and i just ordered a basic order of 15bbq wings, which were not sauced properly whatsoever could have taken 10 extra seconds to shake them in a sauce bowl and then server them but nope, sauce was halfway on each wing, i chose not to say anything and deal with it, simply because i hate being like that but like come on :/ overall food could have been better and service was awful, shouldn’t have even left the 5$ tip i did, place is probably not always like this but if choose to come i hope it is a better experience.

Yesterday around 4 o clock in the afternoon I came to Wings Etc. in madisonville. When we first arrived they were significantly short staffed out on the floor and who I assume is the manager was the one having to take orders and work the bar. As soon as the other server came in, whose name on the receipt was Allyssa J, she immediately took initiative and did the best she could to help out and take over the tables. We made sure to leave her a good tip, considering the effort we saw her put in as soon as she arrived. We will be coming back!

my husband and I went here to get some food and they were busy so I was trying to be understanding abt the wait times but it took them about 10 minutes to seat us then 25 before our waitress actually took our order when we did finally get our food my husbands wings were messed up and our fries were extremely shorted again I tried to side with the waitress it’s not her fault the kitchen made a mistake but through the rest of our time eating she was extremely inconsistent and it took 15 minutes to get a to go box then 10 before we got our check on top of that she was drinking at the bar which we saw multiple times while we sat patiently waiting which really sucked bc I kept telling my husband he was overreacting so it really stinks that he was right I’ve worked in waitressing before and Ik it can be a rough job I normally would never leave a review it was just a really crappy experience for my husband and I then when she finally brought us our receipt she was pretty dismissive and quick to get us out of the table aside from the service I thought the food was pretty good minus my husbands order being messed up

I LOVE the hot honey garlic sauce on boneless wings. The fried mushrooms and pickles are great appetizers. The fountain drinks here are also good (it’s funny to mention that, but some places drinks don’t taste the best). Nice waitresses and staff.

The food tasted amazing and the service was great…. But the SMALL amount of food I got with NO drink for $15 was insane. I put the napkin next to it to show size. It was just a chicken breast over a very small amount of Mac and cheese. For the price point you would expect at the least a lot more mac n cheese under this. This is at the MOST a $10 meal.

First and foremost the service was impeccable. Impressive even, obviously being understaffed Allyssa J went well above and beyond typical service. The floors were very sticky upon entering and up until seating us. The wings were over cooked and poor. No where near the price that was charged. Again the customer service was top shelf. Everything else was sub-par.

The tables were clean, the food was delicious, and the waitress was really quick and nice. We drove by the restaurant maybe 6 times and kept saying we would check it out, and we were very happy to have tried it. I think it will become our regular place to grab a tasty burger and chicken wrap.

The food was really tasty! The service was good, we didn’t have to wait very long for anything (refills, check, etc). It’s a sports fan place to eat, lots of sports on the screens, lots of memorabilia, a bar. They offer karaoke and trivia nights as well.
