Wings Etc. in Shelby absolutely delivered. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor—exactly what you want when you’re craving good food! Payton was amazing! She and the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel easy and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the atmosphere had that perfect mix of relaxed and lively.
Whether you’re stopping in for a casual lunch, watching a game, or grabbing takeout, this location consistently gets it right. Highly recommend!

I have visited twice. Once to sit down and once to go. Both times had issues.
1rst time: walked in and was seated promptly. Then it took 5-10 minutes for a server to appear to finally get drink order. We ordered appetizer with drinks. Only received drinks when the app was ready. She then took order. My glass was empty and we never saw waitress again until food came out. Of course I asked for tea, and a cup of ranch, to only get the attitude that we were inconveniencing her. While eating, Once again drinks were empty and never saw her, until the table beside us was seated. That’s when she brought our check. Then we had to wait to pay until their food came out. I get it that she was pregnant and maybe tired but this is your job and they were not busy! There were Only six tables. Between three servers
2 nd trip was Togo. Online order. Easy to order, food was ready but order was wrong when I got home. I Didn’t even bother to call. I wasn’t going back out nor did I want to deal with it.
The vibe when you walk in is, if you’re a regular they might take care of you. Other than that, good luck.
Food is just average. Wings are pretty good but everything else just average.

Serenity N was the best!!! She let me be bratty and ask for my cheese curds to be heated through fully and we were her first table to not have spilled a schooner lol. Seriously, she was very sweet!

Food was good as always. I’d recommend trying out the Buffalo chicken wrap and The Big Nasty burger. The wings are good & can be a hit or miss honestly, but the honey mustard is always one of my favorites or even mild is good as well.
Service is okay, if they are busy it gets kind of chaotic I noticed.
Prices are semi-reasonable. We spent about $10-$15 a person.

Nikki Day is the best bartender in the world! She’s beautiful with the sweetest soul and makes great conversation with us at the bar. The food is great. It’s a fun place to be on Mondays for Bingo but I am mainly a Thursday guy myself. Great group of regulars go to Wings and I think most of us are there because of Nikki D. For me Wings is my Cheers. Great place.

I had such a great experience at Wings Etc thanks to Nikki D! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at just the right times, and even gave great recommendations from the menu. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. It’s not often you find service this genuine and upbeat.

This is a nice, cute little restaurant. I definitely recommend trying it out. My oldest son loves their wings its one of his go to places! Our cheddar bacon fries were amazing as was my burger. We definitely had a ton to eat and were stuffed and had left overs! I recommend giving it a try!

The waitresses were delightful and very attentive. My waitress Rachel was so sweet. I adored her sweet charm and engagement during my visit. However, the host was very rude. Not only to me, but she was very hateful towards my waitress. She changed the whole vibe. Rachel remained calm and professional even though the host was very negative and rude. I commend Rachel for her kindness and professionalism. I personally think wings etc should consider getting a new host. The food was delicious! I will return again, but I genuinely hope it wont be the same host.

Sunday afternoon not that busy and horrible service. If you are going to be drinking at the bar you might be ok. I knew the service was slow because of past experiences but this was over the top unreasonable. To top it off the menu prices are not accurate either but that would have probably taken another hr if I said anything.
