“This happened a few months ago, but the experience still stands out. Although our waitress wasn’t immediately available, the hostess stepped in without hesitation—taking our drink orders and bringing menus to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. That level of initiative and customer service was impressive. Once our waitress arrived, the great service continued. As for the food insanely delicious! The wings were loaded with Buffalo sauce and packed with flavor. Highly recommend this

5.5 out of 10 // Onion rings were a typical franchise ring. The fact they were overcooked and “dry” was disappointing. The wings sauces tasted as if they were straight out of a glass bottle…the only redeeming thing for me was the moistness of the chicken.

Upon entering, the young man who greeted us asked if we spoke English, implying that they wouldn’t provide service if you didn’t speak it. My wife replied that she spoke both languages, and he gave us poor service. 01/22/26

I was recently served at Wings and Rings and the service was amazing at this location!! From the moment I sat down, my server Audrey was incredibly attentive and friendly. She took my order fast and made some excellent recommendations. My food arrived quickly and was perfect. Throughout my meal, Audrey checked in regularly to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Her warm personality and genuine care made my visit truly enjoyable. If you visit Wings and Rings, I highly recommend asking for Audrey, she’s the best! She definitely SLAYED.

I walked in with a group of 9. We were immediately greeted, and sat at a table. Drinks and appetizers were super fast. Marissa was our waitress, she absolutely crushed it. Food was great, service was great and the orders were 100% quick and accurate. Keep up the good work.

ordered extra wet wings & this is what I got (pics). Had them delivered via Uber because my bf is sick and didn’t want to go out. When I called the restaurant to see what happened they simply just told me that the wings do have sauce and that’s just the way their sauce looks (As if I’ve never been to their restaurant before and know they’re lying) the second time I called same thing manager was no help and wanted me to go to the restaurant to pick up sauce and was basically told I was lying, that’s if the order said extra sauce they “should” have extra sauce. Obviously I wasn’t going to go pick the sauce up, if I ordered Uber for a reason. Honestly a sorry or acknowledgement that they messed up would’ve been more than enough, but no.

An exact year ago my review was “3☆Good food..ok service,could be better”, after last night my review is simply HORRIBLE service. Its a shame their food is tasty but the customer service is bad. It was the 1st time in a year that i dined in (i order to go). The restaurant was NOT busy or packed. My waitress WAS AT THE BAR with her friends the ENTIRE time. Our food OR an update on our food , OR refills NEVER got to us after 25 minutes, so we walked out. There was only a couple and us in the dinning area. The other customers were only in the bar. Decided to go elsewhere to spend my $40. Pix show how the place was not busy.
