I usually go to the location in Creasant Springs. I like them a lot.
At this location the food was about the same except for one thing. I ordered a 10 piece of wings and got a very small cup of dip. It was enough for four of them if you use it sparingly. For this reason I’ll never go back to this location. I never have this issue with the location that I usually go to. It was a pickup order.

if you want overcooked wings, and the worst customer service in the world, then go ahead and waste your money. I have been going to this location for almost 8 to 9 I have had a company luncheon at this location. I’ve had a Christmas celebration at this location and it has progressively gone downhill. The service is by far the worst. I don’t know if they have new ownership, but they don’t care especially if you’re black for the first time I saw a black worker in the facility on the same day. I was treated as if I was a criminal. Because I requested that my food not be overcooked, I’ve never taken a advantage. I’ve always paid for my food. The only thing that I’ve ever asked is to have my food cooked properly. and because of this, the store owner has told me not to visit the location again, not necessarily not a problem because they are far more better serving chicken locations than that one and more to come if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s so close to my house I would never have gone there. it doesn’t take a scientist to see that one order is fairly overcooked versus the other even with the sauce on the wings were crispy as if they were fried and even when they were fried, they were over fried so much so that the meat inside was dry.

I have been a frequent flier of this location since I moved to the area. The food has been consistent whether I’ve done carry out or dine-in. If I’ve had an issue, it’s been fixed immediately. Dean, Kylie, Kayla, and Emaline are some of the most efficient bartenders I have noted as of recent. They all have a great personality and work with a sense of urgency. This location is by far the best one I’ve been to. I was not a huge fan of Wings & Rings until I started coming to the Union location.

I recently visited Wings and Rings based on its 4+star rating on Google Maps, expecting a solid wing experience. Unfortunately, my visit did not live up to those expectations, and I would not consider this establishment worthy of the rating it has.

Online Ordering Woes

The experience began poorly when I attempted to place an order online. After going through the entire ordering process, I received an error message stating that I couldn’t complete my order. This forced me to call the restaurant directly. During the call, I discovered the pricing was different from what I had seen online. This led to a frustrating back-and-forth, culminating in having to speak with a manager. While they eventually resolved the pricing issue, the process was needlessly complicated. To their credit, they didn’t charge me until I picked up my order, but the hassle left a bad impression.

The Wing Dilemma

Once I got my wings, I discovered an unusual and disappointing policy: when ordering wings to-go, they do not sauce the wings. Instead, they provide the sauce on the side, leaving you to do the work yourself. For me, the whole point of ordering wings is to have them ready to eat, fully sauced and prepared. This extra step defeated the convenience of ordering takeout and detracted significantly from the overall experience.

Taste and Value

As for the wings themselves, they were below average at best. They weren’t overly expensive compared to some other places, but they also didn’t deliver in terms of flavor or quality. The lack of saucing and mediocre taste made the meal feel like a chore rather than an enjoyable indulgence. If you’re looking for truly great wings, this is not the place to go.

Ambiance and Atmosphere

On a positive note, the ambiance of Wings and Rings does seem appealing if you’re looking for a sports bar setting. It appeared to be a good spot for watching games and hanging out, but since I was there for the wings, this aspect didn’t make up for the disappointing food.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I would not recommend Wings and Rings for wings, especially if you’re ordering takeout. The combination of a frustrating ordering process, subpar wing preparation, and average flavor makes it a hard pass for me. While the atmosphere might suit sports fans looking for a place to watch a game, there are better options out there if good wings are your priority. This was a one-and-done experience—I won’t be returning. And I suggest you don’t either.

Think twice before going to this location if you plan to sit at the bar. Me and my boyfriend went there Saturday after hockey game. After being seated for about 10 minutes, had to get someone’s attention to order drinks. Then waited 20 minutes or so and, again, had to get someone’s attention to order food. The place was not busy at all. Ordered food and then we were forgotten about. Was never asked if we needed another drink or anything. After waiting for over an hour we just decided to leave. I, again, got someone’s attention to let them know we were leaving and placing money on bar for the 2 drinks. The female bartender/waitress asked “why” I said, “Because we have been ignored the whole time and never received food that was ordered.” She had the nerve to say she served us drinks and food! What a joke! Never will I patronize that establishment again. I called corporate, but apparently they don’t care either because they don’t answer phones or return phone calls.

Twice now I’ve ordered through the online pickup window only to get home and find they had not included the sauce for our wings. Trip back to the store for the sauce meant the food was cold by the time we were able to eat it. Pretty basic thing to repeatedly not be able to get right. Should have learned the first time. Guess I’ll try the new Wing Stop down the road.

This was our first visit to this establishment. My husband, our 4-year-old son, and I went on Sunday around noon for a nice lunch before running errands. From the start, our waitress seemed unwilling to wait on us. Her manager had to repeatedly remind her to take our drink order and to check on our table as well as others.

She got all three of our orders wrong. My husband and I made do with ours, but our son specifically wanted the fried chicken nuggets from the kids’ menu. She brought grilled instead. I kindly asked if they could be replaced with fried nuggets, and she said no problem. Twenty-five minutes later, she returned with traditional wings. I reminded her again that he wanted the kids’ fried nuggets. She sighed, walked off, and never corrected it.

Our son ended up eating a few fries but was upset and crying because he never got the meal he ordered. When I later asked for a box for my husband’s food and said to just remove the nuggets from the bill since they were never served, she told me she couldn’t because “the kitchen rang it up.”

Overall, it was extremely disappointing, and we will never return.

Was 255 in the afternoon and just before happy hour and our waitress ordered our drinks right at that time. We ordered a appetizer of korean shrimp which was terrific. My wife had wings and enjoyed them very much, and I had the blue cheese burger which was also awesome. Our waitress was awesome also.

This was the most inattentive staff I’ve ever witnessed. We saw our server only a few times and one of those we had to flag her down. After she brought our food we had a problem and she went to the table next to us several times but ignored us so we had to flag her down.

Place is going downhill. I absolutely refuse to waste my money here anymore.

Why would I order wings from here? Every time I do I order my wings with sauce just to receive bare minimum effort amount of sauce? Bland, tasteless and disappointing every single time.

I’ve had high hopes and at this point I deserve what I get for coming back and expecting different results. 2/4 had at least a tablespoon worth of sauce…the other two? May as well have ordered plain wings. Ridiculous and overpriced and at $15 and some change I expect BETTER.
