First off the wings are so tiny, miniature shrimp wings then you see i paid 18.22 for 2 6pcs they charged a 4% tip fee didnt tell me and they charge to add season to the chicken a 1.00 for a flavor i wouldnt recommend this place to no one straight up rip off

Never thought I’d see wings that are 1/3 the size of regular wings, like wow. They didn’t get the wing flavors correct, and the ranch tasted expired. The jalapeño poppers are easily recognizable as the ones you buy frozen from a dollar general or something.
Do not eat here, spend your money some place else.

Traveling South Carolina to Texas made more difficult and lengthy by a massive snowstorm across the south so today I’m trying to hustle make up time by nature called. Their food is fine but it’s a show in there always is figured I’d try to find some local Fair in the middle of nowhere between two gas stations in the store please restroom took care of business famous for they said to start bowling swing he said no kind of gave me a look like it’s gonna be good for the menu decided on a six piece Jamaican jerk mix flat and grounds With Cajun seasoning. This location is going down fast!! This location used to be great for food and quality but are lacking in good customer service. I went here this morning to buy my favorite meal but was met with hostility. The kitchen staff was friendly but the drive thru cashier was RUDE. I went to the window after not being heard on the speaker and was asked “What do you want?” No greeting, no apology for the non answer at the speaker. I immediately drove off and will not come back again.
Wing Out may not miss me as a customer but I guarantee they will miss mine and other customer’s money if they keep behaving like this.

I ordered on line. Ordering went very smoothly. When I arrived 23mins later the front of house was very efficient with the line in front of me. It only took me two minutes to get to the front of line. Very steady. I gave my name on order and they had no issue finding order. Within seven minutes They checked my order with me, added condiments per request and I was out the door with correct order. Bravo East 23rd Street WingOut. Exceptional service and great food. I definitely will be back and suggest you try for yourself. Great portions for the price and taste was wonderful. Try the brown sugar bubble tea it’s refreshing. Burgers are huge and tasty. Philly steak is good for our area and of course the wings hit the spot.

Pulled into the drive thru and the display (which is 6 small tvs) was completely blacked out. I told the drive thru person I’d just come in and he said the inside is closed. I told him I cannot see the menu. Total silence. I said, “hello?” Still no answer. So I pulled off. Based off the other reviews, I dogged a bullet. 🙂

10pc combo is higher the avg price you will pay in bham. Drinks are smaller. You cant go inside only thr drive thru and the display in the drive thru is very hard to read.
