I went with the honey BBQ wings, and I don’t say this lightly: they were perfect. Crispy enough that you hear the crunch with every bite, but not burnt. Juicy without being greasy. The sauce? Bro, that sauce was like liquid gold. Sweet and smoky, clinging to every bite without drowning it. You know when food hits every single note it’s supposed to? That’s what these wings did. Balanced, rich, savory — every single bite kept me locked in like it was the first bite.
And don’t even get me started on the fries. Sweet potato fries that were salted just right, crispy edges giving way to that soft, warm, almost melt-in-your-mouth center. Dunked into the blue cheese sauce? Forget about it. That combo was borderline illegal, it was that good. I’d order a bucket of that sauce just to keep at home.
But here’s the kicker: I ordered 10 wings, they blessed me with 11. Do you know what kind of pure, unfiltered joy that gives a person? That’s the universe telling you it’s your day. That’s angels watching over you. These people aren’t just making wings, they’re doing God’s work in that kitchen.
The vibe overall? You feel taken care of. The food makes you happy, makes you wanna go back just to try every single flavor on the menu because if honey BBQ hit like that, I can only imagine what the other sauces taste like. I’m plotting my return already, and next time I’m going full sampler mode — lemon pepper, buffalo, whatever they got, I’m in.
And the price? For what you get, for the flavor and quality, it’s basically a steal. I walked out of there full, satisfied, and still thinking, “How is this not more expensive?” When you get food this good at a price that doesn’t make you cry, that’s a win in my book.
So let me put it this way: if you love BBQ, if you love wings, if you love meat that’s cooked with actual care and skill, you need to go here. Don’t think about it. Just go. Cancel your dinner plans, skip that boring chain restaurant you always go to, and make the trip. It’ll make your whole damn day.
To the crew in that kitchen: respect. Y’all are magicians. Thank you for restoring my faith in wings. I’ll be back, hungry, and ready to throw down on the rest of the menu.
If you love extra spicy sauce ask for the “off the menu extra hot” so good!
I picked the sauce so I blame myself for the taste of them.
The pulled pork had one good review so I thought it was a safe bet. It was very, very dry. I had to separate the sandwich into two parts and layer baked beans and Mac and cheese onto each bun to combat the dry, flavorless pork.
I’m from the south, so I know barbecue. This was pretty bad.
The baked beans were basic and from a can, so they were ok.
The Mac and cheese was the cheap Kraft from a box. It’s hard to mess that up. It was actually the most flavorful thing I ordered.
I had to work 2 hours to pay for this meal. To be honest, that’s the last time I’ll eat here.
That being said, they sold 8oz of mac and cheese for $4. If this was homemade mac then I would be okay, but it’s kraft boxed. It’s so clearly kraft boxed mac and cheese that you can’t really hide it. I would recommend that Wingman use any other boxed mac because it’s so easy to pick out kraft from the rest.
Other than that loved the wings and we will definitely be back for them.
