Amazing experience at WingIt! The food was absolutely delicious, and the wings came out at the perfect temperature—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I came with three friends, and every single one of us loved the food. The ladies working there were super friendly, polite, and went above and beyond by bringing our food straight to the table. Assistant Manager Nicci gave the best service we have received in a long time at any restaurant. She was patient, understanding and made the food with love alongside her daughter. Anyone who is looking this place up. Make the move and order it to eat. We personally tried the 3 flavor basket. I had a great dine-in experience this evening at WingIT – Cibolo. The ladies working tonight were extremely welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. They genuinely cared about making sure my experience was the best it could be, checking in and ensuring everything was right without being overbearing.
You can tell they take pride in what they do. The crew I met tonight represented the company’s brand and name very well—professional, friendly, and customer-focused. Food was solid, service was on point, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and inviting. I’ll definitely be back.

I first learned of WingIt on Facebook and me and my husband decided to visit for a meal. We ordered the 20 piece combo and the 6 piece fish combo on our 1st visit. The service and the food was excellent. We visited again and ordered the 20 piece combo again with the Dr Pepper BBQ sauce the wings were cooked to perfection and the service was great. I would definitely refer my family and friends. I did know the establishment has been there 4 years. Look forward to visiting WingIt soon.

Izzy was our person that helped us, she was fantastic. It was our first time there and she was fabulous with tips and ideas. I had the spicy garlic parmesan wing and the spicy lemon pepper. Both were very yummy. I also tried the cheese and bacon fries. Very scrumptious!!! My wife had the honey BBQ wings and she was very well pleased with her order. The fried pickles were a tasty appetizer. Next time we go I will try something new. The other people working were very friendly and courteous. It was quiet and easy to talk.

First visit here! The lady was very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the wings, I really liked the flavors that we had peach, Dr Pepper & lemon pepper. The size of the wings were great!
Wish there was more of a selection to the sides!
But overall great first experience!
One other thing not sure how the company got my email. I did sign up for the rewards at the register with phone number with the lady, NOT email.
Update – 9 months later and the wings are still good.. I sure am missing the peach flavor wings..
Also I’m happy to see that there are more sides added to the menu.. (Good move) Those original corn on the Cobb is pretty good. The pineapple slush lemonade taste good as well.. I can’t wait to see if you make a peach one. That would be

I only left four stars for service and atmosphere because I haven’t been there. I ordered through DoorDash, but my food got delivered and I just hopped in the shower and once I got out of the shower, the food even though the fries are cold. The wings were delicious. Fries were super delicious. I would definitely recommend this place Five stars for me. Can’t say it enough DELICIOUS!

Ordered the 6 boneless and 5 bone in wings with seasoned fries and a drink. Food came out hot, spicy, and enjoyed the mango Habanero & BBQ taste as well as crispy fries. The cashier was very friendly and explained to us what deals they had and I picked the deal mentioned above. There is plenty of space to accommodate large parties but they do have small round tables that accommodate one to two people.
Overall, I enjoyed the wings and this place. I will come back again.
