Boneless wings are just dry, small white meat pieces.. definitely do not get these. Mother’s wings were fresh and great. Our curly fries were just above room temp.. not good!! Fried pickles were outstanding.. came out fresh, hot and full of flavor.

Excellent service from Bianca. From the moment we arrived, she was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Lily was absolutely amazing. From the moment she came to the table, she made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for, not rushed or overlooked. She has such a calm, welcoming energy that instantly puts you at ease, like you’re being taken care of by a friend rather than just a server. Complete shit show. Ate at bar. Needed to send wings back ordered extra crispy and sloppy. Sent out with barely any sauce and raw. Second time was slightly better. This place is either solid or trash. Not coming anymore. The cooks need to go!

I’ve been coming every Friday for the last couple months and I’ve been grateful and lucky to have Jasmin as my server every time. She delivers top notch service every single time, even when she’s seemingly the only one on staff, or when the building gets busy! She makes her customers a priority every single time, and she, along with the good food and sporting events, keeps me coming back.

Emily is a fantastic bartender and accommodates us when they didn’t have Surfsides by making us homemade ones. Our wings came out barely cooked through and had to send them back however they did make us both fresh wings and the were better. Emily was kind and attentive the whole time and made our experience great.

Honestly, this was the best WingHouse experience I’ve had in a while. I used to go to the New Port Richey location, but the service there was subpar. This time, I was served by Lily, and her smile and energy were super infectious. She recommended the Mushroom Swiss burger, which was amazing, and my cup was always full. Even though it was busy and she was running in circles, she still made time to check on our table and crack a few jokes. The service was 10/10, and I will definitely be back!
