Being a wing man, I decided to stop in and try them out. There’s a lot of competition for high quality wings in Texas, so understand that most places are good, but there’s levels to greatness. The wings were decent. The flavor of the sauce was excellent, but the wings weren’t seasoned and a bit overcooked. The fries were great. The staff was friendly and professional. If you’re not particular about your wings, this place will do.

When I picked up the Wings I was excited but got home I was disappointed because they put too much seasoning with alot of salt over fried wings! , when I tried to call the store No one was picking up just their AI that answers the phone. so I had to throw away the wings this was my first and last to order here never again. The wings are definitely better than other places. It’s fresh, hot, and juicy! I was very shocked that my order was 100% wingette which is the best part of the wing.
I like the Mango Habanero the best because it has a little spicy and tangy taste to it. I’m ready for the super spicy challenge which I will try Nuclear flavor next visit. Lemon Pepper is good too.

Doing a new review. 2 months later than my previous post, the taste is much better, the quality is much better, and experience was delicious. Just wish they would have put the ranch or at least blue cheese in the order. Thank you and keep it up!

I had an amazing experience at Wingbay while trying this place for the first time. Connor and his staff made everything so easy. They took the time to explain the menu and helped make ordering simple. Great service and a very welcoming team!

We came to the grand opening which started at 12. When we got there we were 3rd in line but all of a sudden one of the employees started moving a few people ahead of us without any explanation. It added probably added 30 min for us to just put our order in. We order 50 wings , fries, and got the “large ranch.” The wings were fresh and crispy, the fries were pale, soggy and cold like they were microwaved from frozen then was sat to the side for hours, and our large ranch was 4 little cups that were not even half filled. Spicy peach wings tasted like that fake peach candy so it was a no for us. Hot honey tasted like bbq it was ok but not what we were expecting. Spicy pickle tasted the best so if we had to go back then I definitely would get that but we probably won’t come back.

Best wings in Houston, period! I went to their official grand opening last weekend and they did not disappoint. Mango Habanero is my jam but Hot Honey is a close second. I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings combo with Dirty Fries. The food was excellent and the customer service (I wish I could remember her name) was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was lively due to it being the grand opening. I tried one of their other locations in town but this one works best for me as I live nearby. I 100% recommend Wingbay!

Had the absolute worst customer experience here on January 2, 2026 around 7:30pm. We have ordered from them multiple times since they opened and were excited to support this halal wing business. However, the manager (or at least she acted like one) was rude to her coworkers, another customer, and myself. She had black hair with a large streak of brown hair on one side. There is absolutely no reason for her to be working anywhere with her attitude. I had used a coupon on doordash for their buy one get one free for pick up. When I got there, a younger lady politely gave me the bag, when I checked the order, more than half the order was missing. I spoke to a younger man, and he apologized and said they’ll fix it. Then this awful manager comes in berating the younger lady. At this time, I had noticed the doordash receipt did not mention fries that came with the order, as I am trying to explain to them while they walked back, the woman shushes me and says “we got it”. 30 seconds later, the nice younger lady comes and holds the bag looking at me. Turns out it was some else’s order after I checked it. I heard her get berated again by the terrible employee/manager. Then when my order is supposedly ready, the awful employee/manager comes telling me that the younger lady called out a name and I took the wrong order, and she stayed fixated on this which makes me think she gave the younger lady the wrong because this was now the second time she blamed others for her actions. Then she tells me “your order doesn’t even have fries, you chose two large ranches”. At this point, i’m very angry at her because she chose to shush me earlier instead of literally listen. So I told her, well if you had not shushed me, i was trying to explain that, she cuts me off and yells, “if you know how to read, the receipt says, there are no fries on it”. I raised my voice at this point to with my phone in my hand about to show the full order, she again cuts me off (realizing she messed up; and she gave me large ranches when I had only ordered regular, unreasonably costing the restaurant and still earning bad will), fine, i’ll give you the two fries but next time, i’m going to deny you service as she walks away. I made sure she heard me, “if you know how to read, on my phone, fries come with the order”. She then yells, i already said i’ll give you the fries as if she was doing me some favor. I made sure the staff heard me say that the younger lady and the young man were extremely nice and I feel bad for them having to work with you blaming everyone for your mistakes. Of course before I could finish, she yells from the kitchen, “i feel sorry for you”. 10 minutes later, the younger lady brings me the order, she was extremely polite again despite what happened. As I am walking out, the rude manager yells in the rudest tone, “have a good night” and smiling, even though whole time she did not smile and had the most miserable look on her face.
Happy to give this place a 5 star once this employee/manager is terminated. In all of this, the other employees she was berating were the ones I felt worse for. Not just that, she had already gotten into a fight with a customer waiting on their order when I first arrived.

Fantastic place, very clean dining area as well as the bathroom. Service was attentive and prompt, food came out pretty quickly, and hot. The wings themselves were cooked perfectly, chicken was juicy and the outside was crispy. Our favorite flavors were mango habanero and Cajun, but even the other flavors which didn’t care for as much were cooked perfectly and still very good compared to other wings I’ve had.
