i put in an online order and food was done in about 20 minutes.
i got the philly with wings combo. had hot buffalo wings. the sauce was pretty good, it wasn’t super spicy. fries were well seasoned, but a bit crispy for my liking.
the philly was good, well seasoned, had a lot of peppers, but that’s fine bc i love peppers.
i was initially hesitant to come here because i hadn’t heard great things, but i liked it.
it is a bit pricey compared to other places like it, but it’s fine.

Winter Winds
Same store so I’ll repost my previous review, adding the picture Like it was before.
“Ordered 15 Boneless Wings for ~$30 total, got what looks like a maximum of 3 tenders sliced up into tiny bites and covered in sauce.
They couldn’t even divide the amount evenly (7 jerk sauce, 4 Mongolian Garlic and 5 Buffalo), but at least they could count to 15.
Flavor was mediocre. Texture was tough. Freshness was ok based on the temperature when it arrived.
Also, they gave two cups of butter instead of ranch.
Will not be ordering from here again.”

Thanks for your reply, since there is no reply back option, I’ll respond to your ‘talking points’ here. I’ve attached a copy and paste of your comments in case they get changed. Also, I’ve attached a snippet of your comments so there is no mincing of words.

“Winter you left this review for a different location 2 MONTHS AGO. You also stated you would not return again and we also agree with your statement of not returning if you aren’t satisfied.
[If the management is the same, does it matter that the location changed? Also, is ‘2 MONTHS’ such a long time that you’ve changed your business model or management style or are you just trying to make it seem the comment is old so that it is less relatable or reliable as information?]
Reposting the same review will not stop customers from coming, in fact we have had a surge of customers coming JUST for the boneless wings.
[Did I say the intent of my review was to keep your customers away? Why would I want the only non-chain wing place in our city to go away? Wouldn’t it make more sense as a manager to look at this and say ‘What am I doing wrong?” My intent was to arm people with knowledge that would otherwise cost them money (and disappointment) to learn themselves if it were to happen to them.]

Maybe your priority should be increasing the quality of your wings or customer experience instead of rudely trying to make reviewers look bad if they wrote you a less than stellar review.]

I’m from the Jackson area my husband and I decided to give this place a try after seeing it go viral on TikTok. The reviews are very misleading on google because we loved it. Everything was outstanding and we will be taking a trip back in a couple weeks. Go get yourselves some you won’t be disappointed. The wings, burgers and fish is outstanding.

I have always gotten wonderful service here when picking up orders for DoorDash so I decided to try the food. I’m a firm believer in mediocre food with excellent service beats great food with poor service but, this place lacks either in any measure. The food is top tier and the service is wonderful. They’re not only polite but they are quick and helpful as well. There’s nothing better than a wonderful meal served with a smile that you don’t have to wait hours for. If I could give an extra star I would. I have only tried to garlic Parmesan and Nashville hot wings so far, but they’re so delicious I will have to convince myself to try something different next visit. Even the fries were perfectly crispy and hot. Bring your appetite and leave your greedy friends at home cause the food is too good to be sharing and if you’re not tipping these wonderful ladies, you’re not living right.

Whoever the lady is with the red braids/twist, 0 customer service! She looked and acted as if she wasn’t interested in working her shift today. Was not welcoming at all! I don’t understand why even have her in the front dealing with customers. Also, I ordered online at 4:00, it stated it would be ready at 4:25, I made it around 4:22 and still had to wait an extra 40 freaking minutes just to NOT RECEIVE MY DAMN FOOD! No one tried to inform me that they haven’t even made the food yet, just inconsiderate no customer service! I had to watch everyone get their food and I didn’t receive mine! I had just got off work from working 12 hours, I was hungry and had my mouth ready for those wings! I never knew you need propane to fry 20 wings. However, I did receive a refund, that person was very sweet and nice.

I had gotten on the family plain $200 when you place your order they say 20 minutes dam near every time I order 40 to 60 minutes to have your order. There has been several times my dogs wouldn’t eat it this place will never get .01cent from me again I will never eat there again

I have tried a lot of the food there. The food is cooked with care and seasoned very well. I’m not a salad girl but a friend of mine told me to get the salad. I love the fact that I can build the salad to my liking and to my surprise, now I can eat a good salad. I get one at least 3 times a month from there. The service is great! This place is just a gem. I recommend this place to anyone who loves good food cooked with love.

The wings are still the star of the show — crispy, flavorful, and with an awesome variety of sauces — but I was especially impressed by the new appetizers! I tried the Steak Quesadillas and Spinach Dip and they both were seriously good. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. The service was fast and friendly, and the vibe is laid-back but clean and inviting. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or eating in with friends, this spot is a winner. Definitely recommend checking out the new menu items!
