i got the philly with wings combo. had hot buffalo wings. the sauce was pretty good, it wasn’t super spicy. fries were well seasoned, but a bit crispy for my liking.
the philly was good, well seasoned, had a lot of peppers, but that’s fine bc i love peppers.
i was initially hesitant to come here because i hadn’t heard great things, but i liked it.
it is a bit pricey compared to other places like it, but it’s fine.
“Ordered 15 Boneless Wings for ~$30 total, got what looks like a maximum of 3 tenders sliced up into tiny bites and covered in sauce.
They couldn’t even divide the amount evenly (7 jerk sauce, 4 Mongolian Garlic and 5 Buffalo), but at least they could count to 15.
Flavor was mediocre. Texture was tough. Freshness was ok based on the temperature when it arrived.
Also, they gave two cups of butter instead of ranch.
Will not be ordering from here again.”

Thanks for your reply, since there is no reply back option, I’ll respond to your ‘talking points’ here. I’ve attached a copy and paste of your comments in case they get changed. Also, I’ve attached a snippet of your comments so there is no mincing of words.
“Winter you left this review for a different location 2 MONTHS AGO. You also stated you would not return again and we also agree with your statement of not returning if you aren’t satisfied.
[If the management is the same, does it matter that the location changed? Also, is ‘2 MONTHS’ such a long time that you’ve changed your business model or management style or are you just trying to make it seem the comment is old so that it is less relatable or reliable as information?]
Reposting the same review will not stop customers from coming, in fact we have had a surge of customers coming JUST for the boneless wings.
[Did I say the intent of my review was to keep your customers away? Why would I want the only non-chain wing place in our city to go away? Wouldn’t it make more sense as a manager to look at this and say ‘What am I doing wrong?” My intent was to arm people with knowledge that would otherwise cost them money (and disappointment) to learn themselves if it were to happen to them.]

Maybe your priority should be increasing the quality of your wings or customer experience instead of rudely trying to make reviewers look bad if they wrote you a less than stellar review.]
